Fun place and friendly staff. Met an upbeat staffer, I believe Cecilia. The manager looks like he's 20 but isn't and is knowledgeable and respectful. I'll be back. Keep up the great atmosphere.

Soooo I hate making posts like this because it sucks to acknowledge, even when it’s true. We went tonight for a small get together for my nephews birthday.
But I feel like it’s important to reinforce whats happening is an honest perception.
For the moment we entered the younger girl at the front desk made us feel unwelcome. It was our first time there since it switched ownership or rebranded. I’m not exactly sure which occurred. We usually go to either Spins or the old Stonehedge in Cuyahoga.
When the reviews say people of color aren’t welcomed it’s accurate,
Albeit we came for a party and brought chips and drinks, once she informed us of the policies we were more than happy to oblige. We were allowed to keep the cupcakes and we were happy about that. As we were getting 10 kids into their shoes we just hadn’t taken anything to the car yet she rudely came and informed us lanes would not be turned on until the chips and drink were taken outside. Which we did and shortly after screens were turned on.
Then we went to order food. We had 4 adults and 10 kids and were looking forward to ordering enough food for everyone. Pizzas for the adults and kids. Soda a couple of pitcher of beer. Then we were told no pitchers unless they saw 3 IDS. Ok that’s also fine we are all almost 40 but we know Ohio ids under 40. So we showed 3 Ids one of which was a passport card.
She rudely told us she had doubts about the passport card. So eventually my fiancé just asked for the manager to communicate with instead. It’s very frustrating to attempt to comply and be met with rudeness, clipped/short responses and attitude.
The manager was super kind but I explained we just felt unwanted and like we were being treated with disregard when we were just there to quietly celebrate a little boys birthday and have a good time. The passport card was acceptable btw. I let the manager know I was willing to reset if she was but even after the conversation she was present for when I paid for our food her energy remained the same.
Just intolerant and disdainful
We didn’t deserve that. Our kids didn’t deserve that and there’s nothing anyone can do to make the humiliation better.
We won’t be patronizing the establishment again.

I can tell why the place is dying and no one likes it. The lady at the counter is rude and annoying. What terrible customer service

Went bowling with some friends as soon as they opened. I didn't catch the name of the young gentleman at the front, but he took care of our food and our drinks as well and everything was perfect! This is definitely my new favorite place to bowl!

One of the top all time centers in PBA history. The sign over the door says it all...

Visited recently this establishment with family's and friends and as a security professional I was shocked about blain disregard for patrons safety by this corporation. Immediately this gave me a unpleasant start to our bowling outing. If a corporation has audacity to place a sign on their doors eluding that you aren't allowed to protect yourself in this building and give a free rain for criminals to do you harm and yet they don't provide armed staffed security then I can only claim as ignorance by upper management. If this corporation wants to go that route just keep this in mind that "Signs do not stop criminals from doing anything illegal" ..

The lanes, of course, are nice, but the open bowling prices are ridiculously high for me! I only go cause my boys bowl high school. I'm used to $2-$3/game.
