The check in experience was nice the staff was nice for our first time at this hotel the room was nice the bed was comfortable nothing was filthy apart from some spots in the shower where the caulk is which doesn't bother me the wifi worked fine didn't have any issue the only issues we had was with the TV after 1030 where the cable just cut out and no channels worked so we ended up watching YouTube on the TV didn't find anything wrong with the kitchenette all the dishes were clean nothing was broke the stove top was crusted because someone couldn't cook on it previously. All in all a nice place to stay aslong as you can deal with kids stomping around above you its not badFood & drinks: Complimentary morning breakfast. Food kiosk in lobby

The service is very poor and so fake and unreal! And something definitely is not right with how they handle payments! You pay and then it goes back on your card and then they say you didn't pay or they are charging more money or adding days that you didn't ask for at that time your paying with no receipts and your card is approved but then tell you to leave like huh...., they should definitely have a cash option because your card would approve and then they will say you didn't pay later on in days when your card approved....!!!! They definitely made me feel like I didn't belong there or fit in. So, I was really not that surprised when I was treated like this After 2 weeks of staying here as a truck driver looking to buy a home. I kept the room cleaned and I always showed care and respect! and as far as Keisha the assistant manager, she had spoken to me saying that I had to eventually switch to a one bed like what...., yes, I was told that the 2 beds was for some kind of class of people coming in soon! Like Wow! Strange and definitely unfairly treated here! I feel that I have been set up with how they seemingly rigged up the payments and that they fake signed me up for a membership with supposed Free nights here and there with the fake discounts for the room and rarely no receipts after my card was approved. They definitely had me thinking and shaking that something was wrong when it really was not me! I just didn't fit the illogical expectations of a certain class of guest! I was the truck driver searching for a home and just needed to stay at this place untiI I was approved for a home with my children that's it! The assistant manager treated me very harshly and would look at me funny like warning me that my time is coming to a near end. I am here to share my experience and story to the people, especially In a crisis situation looking for extended stays. Do not get to comfortable here because your kids will cry when they tell you to leave and check out from the strange payments, and the lack of respect! Just all the way strange. And I have to mention that I have never experienced this kind of issues until i arrived here at this townsuits Marriott in Fairfield! I was never wanted here apparently, and this place should not advertise or welcome to the public as one worker explained that they don't allow all kinds of guest there when I didn't know I was one they was planning on putting out! But only a certain class of a certain kind of folks that has suitcases with nice shirts with ties and suits that senior citizens that's not mostly not indian or African American. Only some of the great staff members was brown people. But I was hoping for a better experience.... ! Not a horrible experience. Me and my children will never forget how strange this place treated us. our well being is important and should matter too! And the Wi-Fi connection never worked and the help desk didn't know how to get it working!Rooms: Rooms was very very comfortable and nice and beautiful, but the stove top. Handle was Missing. Wi-Fi never worked and the front desk didn't know how to get it going!Food & drinks: Breakfast in morningsNoteworthy details: Great motivation notes!

Very clean and modern. The GM went above and beyond to help us with a non-hotel related problem while we were visiting from out of town! We will be staying here when we return to visit our son. Easy to get to, and there is alot to do within 10 minutes of this location to easily fill a weekend getaway.

Hotel is recent and rooms are modern. Staff is great, however if you get a room facing the main road MOVE. For some reason the road noise is louder in those rooms than a motel along the highway.

Amani, Kesha and Ellie are awesome. They work front desk. Very genuine, presentable and well poised. Very much appreciated in these times. Very clean atmosphere, food is good for morning stays, and attentive staff. Nice location amongst many to choose.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a decent amount of noise on the side parallel to the main road for those who might have a problem. My family and I enjoy our stay everytime we come.

Overall a nice clean hotel. Great for extended stays, but pricey for an overnight. Only area that could be improved is the breakfast food.

We have been to this hotel a couple times now & let me tell you this hotel gives us a great experience every time! Super clean, staff is beyond nice & helpful, I can’t say enough about it. This last time they went above & beyond! The lady that checked us in was super wonderful! My husband & I were trying to find me something to eat as they have complimentary breakfast but I am gluten free (btw such a great breakfast) & a staff member overheard & mentioned how they had some gluten free items that she could make & she did just that! Will continue to come back as we enjoy visiting Jungle Jims just down the street. The room has a kitchenette so that we can enjoy our finds. We had friends also came along & were super impressed!Rooms: Rooms are clean & comfortable.Nearby activities: Jungle Jim’s International Grocery store. Cincinnati.

The rooms were fine, but missing items that we had to get fixed or replaced while there.The area was very commercial and felt a little sketchy.Nice free breakfast though!
