Terrible service from the staff, called ahead to order food and it wasn’t even started cooking after 20 minutes of lead time. The manager Jamie was very polite and helpful to rectify the situation, but I was on a 30 minute lunch break and this took up most of my time. This happened 2 days in a row as to why I called ahead this time.

Terrible service called in an order 20 minutes prior talked to Ranjan got there and it wasn’t even started. Was on a 30 minute lunch break manager. Jamie was great And Polite Trying to fix the mess up on there end but two days in a row can’t take the chance anymore on going there for lunch.

Bring back chicken breast, crackling, bodine
balls. When I can there Tuesday November 19th the Jumbolia had more sausage no chicken and very dry could not eat. No biscuits have bought chicken that was still raw in the middle. GO BACK TO WHAT IT WAS WHEN YOU FIRST OPENED. Jeff is the only one I can trust to get it right.

Old guy in drive thru for alcohol is coolest guy ever. He definitely deserves some extra credit! Chicken is bomb also. Where else could you get some booze n chicken for the night 🤘

Love this place! Staff is always friendly and helpful! The Krispy Krunchy Chicken is the best chicken I've ever had, beats out KFC and Popeyes by a long shot! Always fresh, flavorful, perfectly crispy and nearly melts off the bone!

Ordered my family some food & they had everything we ordered right there ready to go but instead of us getting our order first the 4 different customers that ordered after us had got there food almost immediately & we was left just waiting, then we get home & was missing the extra biscuits & the wedges I ordered!

Family loves the chicken! Today they started serving pizza. Brought home one slice, had to go back for more. Pretty impressed with new ownership. Not sure who owns it. But employees are friendly.
