Very kind from the moment you walk in. Must make an appointment because they're booked. At least two customers walked in during the 10 minutes I waited for two studs and lug nuts to be replaced. . .they're very popular and I can see why. Friendly, personable, and empathetic. . . can't beat that!

Made an appointment to get my exhaust checked out because my car sounded like a motorcycle,took it to muffler bros in Fairborn,diagnosed me with a busted flex pipe and I went from diagnostics to done in 25m total for a very fair price…no more motorcycle engine for me,thanks guys
