After a terrible experience at the Huber heights store. We went here for our grill. We were greeted very quickly by 2 associates. We were able to buy are grill here put it in the car and head out. Loved it will shop here again.

Truly the worst Lowe's management I have ever encountered. Awful customer service... I was immediately met with attitude over something that should have been a reasonable/common request. I wish I could say the issue was isolated to one manager but I had a similar encounter With two different individuals. Afterwards, I drove to the Huber Heights Lowe's and my issue was resolved in seconds. Avoid if possible.

Selected and paid for laminate flooring installation in my home in July. I was told the material was in stock at the time. Subsequently received weekly emails from their installation service apologizing for delays in material availability with no estimated resolution date for a month and a half. After repeated calls to the store over a span of a month I finally spoke to someone who determined that no one had ordered the flooring material. A week later I received an email informing me the material was in. Installation is now scheduled for the end of Sept., 2 1/2 months after placing the order. I asked them to waive the delivery fee but they would not.Lowes did nothing to to compensate me for their screwup that caused the long delay. I'll be shopping at Home Depot in the future.

No staff in sight! And when you do find staff members they are not knowledgeable about their departments and don't even go out of their way to find you the answer. They are often time conversing amongst each other and pay the customer no mind

Gave us a great price on a fridge and stove and explained everything to us. They treated us like family and had our items in stock which is really hard to find.

I picked up an item from Lowe's special delivery. When I went to return the item because it was the wrong color they told me the item was never released to me. They then released the item to me in their system. Then they told me I had to wait 30 minutes in order to return the item.

I had to place an order twice because of the online order picking person's honest mistake in cancelling the initial order (I was okay with that), I placed second order and headed to the store since I received a call saying the order is already picked out. Upon going to the store, 3 different associates couldn't figure out how to check me out while they were holding the items I wanted in their hands. I was then told my Faith (Lowes associate) that she would cancel my order for the second time and I would have to buy the items for the third time and she kept explaining me some lowes technical reasons. At that point I was frustrated and I explained my frustration to Faith. She then started being super defensive and started to argue pretty aggressively, I asked her to stop arguing and she said the was defending herself and she started raising her voice, I was told to go to corporate and write a review and she didn't care. I started to walk away from the desk at that point without my order, Faith yelled out "Good bye" as I was walking away exhausted and depressed from the experience i just had.

When I first moved here and encountered one or two issues with purchases and customer service, I can honestly say that things have improved greatly in that area. My mobile purchase this weekend had a lawn rake that had a tear in the rubber handle grip. Instead of just not telling me and finding out for myself, they called and told me about it and that it was the last one and wanted to know if I wanted my money back. Since the grip would eventually fall off anyways I just told them to sell it to me. Curbside pickup is super easy as well, now finding the spots can be a bit of a pain since there are only three or four and they are right next to the "pickup"Signs and right next to the handicap parking. First world problems though.
