4 phones. On hold for over an hour. They pickup within the first 5 minutes to tell you to keep holding. Then you’re on hold for at least an hour. Is there’s one person running the entire place? I’m confused. “Award winning customer service” oh okay ?

Worst experience of my life. Almost ruined my son’s prom. Don’t rent here if it’s a special occasions. Had pre ordered luxury car given away right in front of me then expected me to wait as the found another car. And don’t let me start about how they tried to talk me out of there thinking I didn’t have a credit card. All because they screwed up.

I was in a car accident and my insurance company works with Enterprise when a customer needs to rent a car. I was greeted by both Thomas, Customer Service Agent and Anthony, the Manager. It was not crowded so we had a little time to shoot the breeze which was nice. I told them I was also moving and was stressed out about the entire situation due to the accident. I was given the Quattro Audi to rent so I could put extra items in the car. I appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. They made sure my needs were met and that I had a great car to drive while I waited for my car to be fixed. Thanks, Enterprise!!!

WOW!, my first rental experience went absolutely perfect all hands down Mr. Anthony The branch manger made this the best first time rental experience a blast. Working in my job field I have to do allot of traveling and normally I go through my company with hertz. Happily to say any rental I get will be from enterprise. As a rewards member Mr Anthony made sure to accommodate me in every way possible to that I say thank you Enterprise for employing the best employees in this wonderful field of customer service.

Needed a vehicle after my car was stolen so my insurance sent me to these guys. They made what was a rough day for me to say the least into a pretty good one. Made the whole experience of renting a car clear, concise and smooth. They even dropped me off at home after i brought the rental back. They didn't haveto do that! These guys working here are alright. I'd highly recommend ?

I've been an "Enterprise Rent-A-Car" member dating back to the late-1990's. Over that period of time, I've rented cars, crossovers, SUV's, and even a moving truck with little to no issues. This takes me to the Euclid, Ohio location which is a suburb east of Cleveland where I needed a vehicle getting around the greater Cleveland area as well as venturing out to several landmarks and my Airbnb stay (about an hour east of here in Conneaut, Ohio). I booked my rental via-Enterprise app a week prior on my phone while an employee reached out to me by phone two days prior to my pickup time/date. This location is directly off of I-90 at 20950 Lakeland Blvd. It is more or less situated in between E. 200th St. and E. 222nd St. while being directly next to a Sunoco Gas Station. The Enterprise sign is easily visible from the highway while the parking lot is also easy to spot especially coming from Lakeland Blvd. (which is a one way road). Upon my arrival, Mr. Thomas Wilks, a Management Trainee took care of me from start to finish. I presented to him my valid drivers' license and major credit card. He also asked me if I wanted extra coverage for an extra fee which is normal questions every Enterprise employee goes over before they hand over your key fob to your vehicle. I was given a 2022 Mazda CX-5 crossover vehicle. The vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas but Thomas gave me an option if I wanted the tank filled up or returned as it was. I said I would take it as it is and he mentioned that I could bring it back empty. Cost of the vehicle was $60.99 per day. I kept the vehicle from Wednesday 9/13/2023 at 10am to Thursday 9/14/2023 at 4:50pm. And instead of charging me for a full extra day, Thomas was able to shave off a few dollars which made my grand total to $108. This shows how above and beyond Enterprise employees go in taking care of their customers. His level of professionalism and strong work ethic shows how well trained many of their employees are. As far as my vehicle, it was comfortable, roomy, and great on gas. It had all the features including Sirius XM radio, navigation, leather seats, electronic stability control, start/stop ignition, and a sliding glass moonroof. Once returning my vehicle, the required $300 deposit was adjusted while the $108 balance due showed up instantly on my credit card account. With that said and done, I am giving the Euclid, OH "Enterprise Rent-A-Car" a unanimous five-star Yelp review. And a shoutout for Thomas Wilks for making this a painless car rental experience!

It’s interesting how when you call out a business for discrimination, they then find a way to turn around blame you just to justify their actions. Truth is, it’s the culture of the business and the management continues to allow this behavior.If you ever feel discriminated, mocked or harassed by any enterprise location do not hesitate to report it because you are not the only one experiencing this type of service.Add me if you have experienced similar issues, currently working with an attorney to resolve this. Enterprise Rental- Car at the Lakeland location in Euclid , Ohio has outstanding customer service. The staff (Amber, Thomas, Ron and Anthony), firstly,, ensured me that I was in a car that I liked, not just any car. Secondly they went over all the details with me of what I needed to know about the car before leaving the lot. They were very friendly and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my rental. When returning the vehicle it was smooth, no signatures no paperwork none of that just a smooth return. I would recommend Enterprise Rental-Car at the Lakeland Blvd. location to anyone who needs a temporary and affordable rental car. I'm not one who usually writes reviews, but in this case I had to let people know what a good team they are.

No cars available, long waits, short staff and apparently this district mgr does not review reservations to assure cars are ready and available for customers in a timely manner. Additionally, cars need to have inspections and mechanical checks more often before release to customers to ensure no mechanical issues.

I had a guy pick me up at the auto repair facility and I got a huge whiff of marijuana odor coming from the vehicle. My first thought, "do I want to get in the car with this clown? He didn't cause the odor, right?" Hmmm. He drives to Enterprise and I am assigned to Amber who can't enunciate English grammar very well and lays on her hand, like it's a pillow during the transaction. Now some people don't mind ghetto fabulousness when dealing with a business. I guess I'm from a different era. I can't see any business executives renting corporate vehicles from here. Totally different league. Demand better.
