This place is AMAZING! Nice convenient location!They have alot of bikes to choose from and The Staff are Awesome!Ed was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable...helped my friend pick a bike out and test drive it outside (raised up the seat & showed him how, too)...helped get him find a bag to carry things (& put it on) and a lock. He helped us change the code on the lock....I forgot to check on a headlight & taillight but know they will be able to help...Ed asked all the right questions to get Tommy what "he" needed...Prices are good! They take credit cards.Highly recommend this place!

Great place. Nice people. This is an all volunteer organization. They only have used bicycles and repair them as well

I have been waiting for over a month to get my adult tricycle assembled. Now that it is, I'm told that I have to pick it up before Monday. They don't return phone calls.

Looking for a used bike and came across this place. Nonprofit community organization for bicycle repairs and sales. It's all based on volunteers and open a few days a week. While here, they had lots of traffic in and out for bike repairs. There were 3 volunteers working. Friendly people. We bought a bike for $60, a cushioned seat for $20, and new grips for $4. Well worth a trip in to see what they have or a bike repair!

These folks are great! They definitely know bicycles inside and out. As a nonprofit, they provide bikes to so many that could not otherwise afford them. Need repair, go there!

The best bicycle center in Cleveland! Thorough, professional, kind and down to earth! I purchased an adult bike and a children’s trailer and I love them both! I highly recommend them!

I took my son bike there to just get a check up after he crashed it they looked made suggestions on what needed to be done and it wasn't very high. Ill continue to go there
