They kept my money I had to call my bank and file a dispute and I also filled out a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website the lighting is so dark there's no way they can match a color I purchase two items had them in my possession for an hour and they would not give me my $50 back there's no way they can match hair color in the dark save your money save your gas scammer scammer scammers

Many options but that lady will finesse you if u don’t watch her ring up your stuff she just had me pay 4.25 for a lil ah nose ring girl bye ….they’ll be the next ones to close down lol

As an African American woman I have been to many hair stores over the years and in various U.S. states and neighborhoods. Ms. Bonnie at A&K beauty was the best experience I ever had at a hair store. I would even go as far to say an say that I had an exceptional experience. Ms. Bonnie was friendly, kind, patient, understanding of what I needed, even helped me choose what was best for me, she helped educate me on hair. I felt so encouraged and grateful for her help. This store should be the standard for how a hair store should be ran. I will most definitely be patronizing her establishment for all my future hair care needs.

Just came in here for the first time to get change for a 20..that didn’t work but it’s OK. I was glad to see how much this lady had in store and she sells a lot for pretty good price!!!

Very friendly. Neat and organized, with great utilization of space for the quantity of products they have organized on the floor. They are very sweet. And I am very happy with the quality/quantity/price ratios. Seriously hoping they are able to strive in the terribly naked mall. I will be very sad if they have to close and don't open up in a new location locally. Most definitely returning soon.

Bonnie is Great! But considering that only 1-2 customers come in a day, she might want to consider discounts/sale on merchandise. Also, returns with receipt aren't accepted although the receipt clearly says they are
