At Fairfield Homes, Inc., we operate on a 4-day workweek. We are available by phone and email Monday-Thursday (with the exception of holidays) from 8:30am-4:30pm. Please contact us directly if you wish to tour the community or meet with the Community Manager before arriving.

    My friend lives there, she loves it there. It's a very nice well maintained place to live.

    It is an okay place to live. Not very good at keeping up with the repairs that need to be addressed and taken care of. The Towne Park rental side is a little pricey for the level of upkeep done by the maintenance crew.
