Had a WONDERFUL experience working with OT Bright & Sons. We needed a company to do the final engraving on a monument stone when my mother passed. Their pricing was reasonable, and they advised that they would do the engraving in June. Work was done as promised and the stone looks beautiful. Office staff there was terrific to work with, always pleasant and efficient! Highly recommend!

O.T. Beight & Sons is hands down the BEST in the business. They did a headstone for my grandfather that is absolutely done to perfection with quality, craftsmanship, & care. So much heart went into the engraving that it’s breathtaking. Thank you so much for honoring my loved ones with your beautiful work. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Parked across the street because he couldn't park in the driveway he needed and damaged my yard I asked him politely to fix it and he told me to go screw myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for help they were very rude. The worst of all is the driveway belongs to my 85 year old mother who may have needed to get out due to health reasons

I live out of state where my family plot is located.I contacted this company to engrave my father's name on our family headstone . My mother and brother have predeceased my father and their names had already been engraved. This company used no professional judgement in doing the work. Both my mother and brother's names were engraved on the base of the headstone. I told the company that I wanted the name on the right side of my brother and gave the name to be engraved. I sent a photograph of the headstone where they could clearly see the family name on the main stone and below, on the base the other engraved names. In addition unknown to me, since I am out of state and don't get a chance to visit often, my father's name got engraved on the base. So when their engraver came he engraved the name on the main stone ignoring the fact that the name was already on the base and no other names were on the main stone. Rather than call to question the order, he placed the name on the main stone which is absurd. The owner, when contacted stated that there was nothing that could be done the name was engraved as per contract. When I stated this did not make sense and he had a picture of the stone, he stated that "people do all kind of things". He also said there was a picture with flowers covering the base so the name would not have been seen...I stated that was a two yr old picture I sent last time I was there so they could see the stone and the engraving. Taking no responsibility at all for their error. I have requested some remediation for their lack of judgement and poor professionalism. I not had any response. I would recommend that if you are going to use this company you think twice! They are lacking in professionalism and responsibility.

In 2019 I had a rather disappointing and disturbing experience with this Monument Company which I wrote a review on previously. After time this company has proposed a solution to the initial issue that I had with their engraving of the family headstone. I appreciate their effort making this right. They are doing the work with no charge. I therefore wanted to let readers know that they will stand behind their work and for that I am grateful.
