Drove past the place many times but decided to grab something to eat, while waiting for eclipse traffic to wind down. I knew they had pizza, but wasn't too interested in the per slice price. But saw that they also offer other hot food items. So I got the baked steak special. A beef patty, that was prepared in gravy, kernel corn and real mashed potatoes with gravy, was worth the $7.It is like a deli and a convenience store put together. And the place seems busy enough, the times I've driven past.

They need to get on the ball about activating their scratch off lottery when they open them up and sell them. Several times ive scanned them at home and it comes up not activated.

This is a nice little gas station. The first time we got pizza here it was incredible. Some of the best Pizza that I had eaten in a while from around here. However the last time I got pizza, it was overdone, dry, and nowhere near as good as it was the last time, so I am 50/50 on my experiences with the pizza. I may try them again, but after our most recent visit it won't be for a while because it was just not very good

I lived in Dola for 9 years and always made a stop at south side six for pizza we have since moved to Marysville and can’t find anything to compare to their pizza it is absolutely amazing!!! We stopped there today to get some before going home and man it sure hit the spot!! Definitely recommend them!

The prices are a bit higher but it usually has what you need in an emergency. The people who work there have been there for years and are sweet and helpful. There pizza is superb

The store is never stocked with items that are actually needed, instead they are loaded with giant bags of tobacco and tables upon tables of knickknacks that block the entrance. The workers do the best they can with the single checkout register that is CONSTANTLY backed up with people on welfare buying lotto tickets. At least 2/4 gas pumps are broken at all times... but they have big bags of tobacco. The laundromat and car wash are NEVER working...got tobacco though. The owner also parks in the front parking spot. Can't wait for dollar general!

It's a busy place, that's for sure...and it's not just because it's the only convenience store/gas station in Dunkirk. They have the ABSOLUTE BEST pizza I've ever had :) Our family LOVES it! And the people who work at Southside in Dunkirk have always been kind & helpful!
