Room 100, everything seems to just as you expect in a Staybridge rooms nothing extraordinary but the room bathroom had a very pungent smell as well we were given dirty towels ! I mean atleast have the courtesy to check before you give out towels to customer. I hope no one has such bad experience

I've been using it for a month on a business trip.
Standard for an American hotel
Breakfast was decent, with rice and furikake always available, and instant miso soup.
There were also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

This is a perfect and safe location. The staff was welcoming and informative. We stayed in room 101. Our room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to be home away from home. The only issue is silverware. The associates solved our needs. We stayed to enjoy the Zoo, Waterpark and the OhioState Fair. Only 16-20 driving minutes from everything. The breakfast buffet was above most. Many offerings other hotels don't. On Monday & Wednesday they have an afternoon snacks & drinks. This hotel welcomes pets. The indoor pool was spotless. They offer a laundry area at no charge. The desk offers snacks, laundry needs, and such at a reasonable price. The word that comes to mind when discussing this hotel is: PERFECT!
My husband said this location and hotel knocked it out of the park for our Grandparent Week. Our 3 Grands (ages 11, 9, 6) enjoyed our stay as well. The cost was perfect. We will return to Columbus to enjoy the Zoo (again) and COSI. We have stayed at many hotels and suites across America and our Son worked for a major band and yet, we have never felt more welcome. You won't be disappointed staying with Staybridge Suites in Dublin, Ohio.

Room 201 has mildew in the ceiling of the bathroom right above the shower head to the right. You can see and smell it has you enter the bathroom. I paid $200 for this room after taxes and I left not taking a shower. Also, new roof is being replaced. Lots of construction noises and workers walking around from 8am-8:30pm on Saturday and Sunday which was very unexpected as a guest.Breakfast was a joke! Ran out of coffee, eggs, muffins, before 8am and lacks organization. Staff responsible for breakfast not interested in making guest happy. Front desk staff were friendly. This hotel can do better but will they? I won’t be returning to find out. Better hotel options near by. The hotel is trying to put lipstick on a pig if you know what I mean.

I called about an existing reservation, and the young man at the desk, JASON, had to jump thru hoops the get my reservation in order. I used reward points and went thru my credit card company.

Breakfast bar had bugs flying around the food, especially near the bagels and dried fruits for oatmeal along the wall. Observed this 3 days straight. Room was average.

Update: 5/2 9:30 at night. People screaming and laughing outside our window . But quiet time isn’t until 10pm. ? I really wish l would have read the reviews before booking. We booked because it was advertised a “remodeled” I think thar was years ago. We unfortunately are still here until Sunday. We used points and too hard to get back as well as it is convenient with our dog.
They put us in a room right by patio. At 9:30 on a Monday night there was a group of guys drinking and obnoxiously loud. We understand people will talk, however they were screaming. I called the front desk and as I am speaking with him, he hung up on me, so, I called back and proceeds to tell me he is on his way to our room. I asked, why? We just asked you tell them to tone it down. We were in pajamas in bed. He then knocks on the door. I have crack the door and he proceeds yo ask what is the prob, I tell him i already told you, he said well “ I dont hear them”. I said that is because it is right outside our bedroom. He then asks “ are you sensitive to noise”. I then slam the door on him. I will say the GM was nice and told me other guests complained and he was terminated.
However, the same guys were at again last night. I call again, and I am now told” quiet time isnt until 10pm”. I said, this isn't normal conversation, they are screaming. Top that with I had to wipe dirt off the wall in the shower. The same potato chip crumbs have been in the hallway for three days. The elevator and entryways are filthy. They do not mop.
The parking lot has a rundown car filled with stuff, flat tires looks like it has been there for months. The grounds have food wrappers, empty cups that no one picks up. Twice I have taken the dog out and there is riff raff getting high in the parking lot.
Happy Hour they provide one type of beer in which you have to ask for, then it is poured in a small plastic cup out of a pitcher.
The only positive, the staff besides the one guy is nice. The breakfast is decent.
But overall dirty . Hotels can be old and still be clean. We are only here because the sale of our house overlapped with our new build being completed.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The entryway was disgusting, hallways gross, laundry out of seevice.... Did not stay after checking in. The bedding was not washed.. there was still hair, perfume and marijuana smell in the bed. No soap to be found in the room, checked shower for body wash, all that was empty. Told front that there wasnt anything and our room was dirty still, the response was "ya we have new housekeepers that aren't good, here's a bag of stuff" (the supplies she gave us in a trash bag were used soaps & more than half empty). It was 5pm and the breakfast station was still dirty with food. The refrigerator seemed to be okay but all counters still had crumbs. Needless to say...very poor hotel.We tried calling to see if they could transfer our stay to another hotel and was only asked for a credit card. There was no follow up to our concerns, offer to fix anything, try to make it better, nothing. DO NOT STAY...there are better hotels around.

Rooms: my room was nice but the bathroom fan was not working which made showering/getting dressed very uncomfortable in a tiny bathroom with door closed. oh and the double bed in front of the TV was very lumpy. definitely needs a new one. I was in a double bed kitchenette suite with couch.Nearby activities: Hollywood casino!
