Today I had an appointment scheduled at 10:30 AM for an oil change. I’ve been there Before, and there is a sign up in the service department that reads that they price match.
The service advisor was Chuck Kelly. I showed him the website price at Germain Cadillac of Easton for $89.99 for a full synthetic oil change up to 8 quart and a tire rotation.
He said it would be $114.99 there and additional $45 tires to be rotated. He stated that he cannot match their price. He said he’s not matching it Germain at Easton that’s way cheaper.
I immediately said well, then give me back my keys and I will go to Germain Cadillac at Easton. I went to the Easton location explained to the service advisor. What just happened he said it’s $89.99 and tires would be rotated.
The facts are Germain Easton $89.99 sale price. Joseph in Dublin it was going to cost me $175 after tax is insane. I will never bring my Escalade back there and will make sure none of my friends or strangers I encounter that needs their vehicle serviced not to got there.
Don’t offer price matching and tell me you can price match then refuse it. Bad business and shady trying to increase my price to $85. ??????

I want to preface this review that my review has nothing to do with the sales team. They are pleasant and professional to deal with. My “1 star” review is solely in regards to the service department. Do not, I repeat, do NOT have your car serviced here!
The service team is unprofessional, rude, and does not communicate. My new vehicle was brought in for engine issues (no fault of mine or the dealership). My vehicle was there for over 30 calendar days and during that time no one called to provide any updates or confirm the actual issue/repairs being done. I had to continuously call and leave voicemails that were never returned to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back the front fender was scratched due to it sitting on the concrete floor, wires were left unplugged, tape remained on several spots on the engine itself, and had a strong oil/grease smell in the interior from being in the shop with the windows down for 30+ days.
The service group agreed to have the car detailed, but the car was left with a very greasy and slick finish over the dash, steering wheel and seats. Whatever was used on the vehicle made it hard to grip the steering wheel and left a greasy residue on your hands/clothes.
The vehicle was then brought in as the windshield wipers were skipping badly. They replaced the windshield wiper blades but when it rained it was clear the issue was not the blades. When I brought this back in they said there was a wax on the windshield (they were the last ones to have the car and have it detailed). They said at first they couldn’t replicate the issue and after I was able to for the sales team they did nothing - didn’t try to clean it, contact their detailer or even provide options/ solutions. The sales team was more helpful than they were.
I’ve had to spend hours or my time bringing the car in repeatedly for issue after issue and while I have tried to be understanding and calm I refuse to allow other people to have to go through what I have. If you want your car effectively looked at, properly diagnosed, and repaired correctly do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My name is Doha Faour. Last November, my husband surprised me with a 2017 X5 for our 29th anniversary, costing a little over 17k. Concerned about potential issues with a used car, we opted for a 7-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, along with additional exterior and interior coverage, totaling around 26k. While away from Columbus, my son-in-law drove the car to keep the battery active and encountered starting and shifting problems. Despite having the warranty, the dealership found several issues, totaling over $2500, and wanted to charge me $1300, citing some as regular maintenance. Frustratingly, we hadn't even changed the engine oil yet. This experience taught me to be cautious of dealership warranties; the money spent could have bought a newer model. Despite my efforts, the dealership provided no satisfactory resolution. Beware and don't blindly trust dealership warranties.

I saw this XT4 in Auto Trader. Inquired about it. I got a good response shortly after the request to see it. I had several appointments in the morning and told them I'd be there around 11:30. I was told Jason would be waiting for me. Car was out front. Jason met me at the door. The car was reified and I was off on my test drive.
A very good experience.

I made an appointment for service and was very clear I needed my car so I would wait until the service was performed. Instead of performing the service I came to the dealership for, they insisted I leave my car overnight for diagnosis of the issue. After not hearing from them for 24 hours, while being without my car, I called to check what was going on. I was told nothing had been done to my car but they did recommend the service I came in for, plus a laundry list of other issues and suggested repairs. He also mentioned that if I gave them another couple hours, they could probably perform the service I originally came in for by the end of the day. Waste of time and shady practices. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
The information you’ve posted in your reply is not accurate. I look forward to speaking with Erik. Thank you for the response though.

Absolutely the most pleasant car buying experience ever. I was looking for specific ct4 model and black this one and one in michigan. This one was the best of both but I inquired at other dealer and got numbers, something told me I should check this one out even though it was a few thousand more I would regret it if i didn't check. This was newer and way less miles. I was amazed it came out to be about a hundred less a month and my trade was valued way better. Such a great experience! zero pressure. Glad I made the drive to you guys! Love my new ct4!

I had my Cadillac serviced, oil change & tire rotation yesterday. They didn't do the tire rotation.. How I know...one of my rims has a gash on it. So I check to see if my tire had been rotated. The wheel hadn't been moved. So know I'm wondering if i even got the oil change. Not satisfied with the service.
Talk to Erik about the service...Ill say this I'll be back! Thanks Erik

I was supposed to have service done and told they would do their very best to have a rental car because I live an hr away. I drove there and no rental car. I explained that I had a Drs appointment tge next day so I needed a car. He said he would have a driver take me home and I feel he had no clue I was an hr away. So he told me wait. I waited maybe 30 min and was advised by my so to just get my car and leave. He also told me that he would give me 100.00 off of my bill when I made this appointment. So I ask him about it. He said well maybe 40.00 off. I got my car with no apologies whatsoever. He never said a word to me. I went with a hip problem and I told him that. I wanted to get back home an hr away. I purchased this SUV from them several years ago and very disappointed. I will not go back.

I was called from the service manager Eric regarding this issue and this was resolved with an agreement that was good and made me feel so much better. Thank you Eric for doing everything to help me and resolve this in such a good manner.

Excellent place to deal with. We are impressed with the ease of our purchase. We worked with Dave for online, Paul directly with the purchase (2020 Audi A5 coupe) and Tony for the business end of our deal. We decided to travel 3 hours to the dealership, after phone/online negotiation. Our vehicle was ready when we arrived, after pre purchase inspection, Paul sat with us and fully explained our deal.
We met with Tony for the paperwork. Each step went smoothly and we headed for home. I would highly recommend Joseph Cadillac of Dublin Ohio. Thanks Again!
