Pharmacists have always been pleasant and kind, always done everything in their power to make sure my medication is filled and ready for pickup. If I have called to get it sooner, they will accommodate me if they have it on hand or tell me another Kroger pharmacy that it can be transferred to. Sometimes the wait in the drive through is long but inside is a bit quicker. They are a busy pharmacy doing their best. Some folks just will never be happy.

2 hours later…still waiting. Give proper expectations to customers! Should not take 2+ hours to put some pills in a jar.

Stopped in twice to get my prescription that they have had since Wednesday, it’s now Sunday. It is still not filled. When I stopped the first time told her that didn’t have the 30-35 minutes to wait and that I would come back. So she decided for me that I wasn’t to pick up until Monday. I asked if I came back on Monday if it would be ready. Her response, it should be. How about a yes??? So it is taking me three times to get a prescription that I should have already had. They said they sent me a text message , I never received one. Frustrating.

This is the best place to have regular prescription refills done at. always fast and friendly service. You can get informative answers to any questions.

Literally the worst pharmacy. Hope you have an hour to sit in line or time to kill when you go during your lunch break and they are closed for an hour plus…not to mention they constantly have issues with their system that causes you not to get text updates or drops your insurance from their system so you have to re-add every couple of months. What a train wreck of a location!

I get the same prescription every single month. Per Kroger, my meds are due to be ready at 2pm so I call at 1230pm and verify that my medicine will in fact be ready at 2pm. I told them I had to work at 3pm so I would be there at 2:00 to get them. They said that is fine. My medicine would be ready. I get here and they tell me it would be 30 minutes!!! I don't have 30 minutes. I told them I called and they verified my medicine would be ready. Nothing they can do of course and I am out of medicine. If I wait til tomorrow it will push me back every month and I'll be out of medicine for a day every month. They don't care. And yes these are life or death meds!!!!

Went here for a one-off script. There were some issues with using a coupon card, (the issues being the pharmacy techs did not understand how to run this coupon through their system). They were so extremely rude when I was trying to explain the circumstance and would NOT let me speak to a pharmacist. I don't know why the pharmacy managers have not addressed the customer service issues considering all the terrible reviews on google seem to reflect the same problems with the rude staff.

Went through the drive thru and had the rudest person. Pulled up, and she said “yeah” so I told her what I needed which was like 2 days late, she got my stuff and said nothing else. Terrible customer service, and does not get your medication on time.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. You call in an order drugs and their automatic system tells you it will be ready by 2pm the next day but when you get there it is not ready. If they must contact the doctor for authorization to refill the order doctor in many cases is not contacted and the medicine is not authorized and you are not notified. When you question why the the order was not filled the pharmacy worker tells you that the doctor did not reply to the order. When you check with the doctors office they have no record that the Dent pharmacy tried to contact them. This has happened with several of my doctors so all I can assume is that there is a problem with the Dent pharmacy automated systems.
I don't know how this Kroger pharmacy compares to other Kroger store but it is terrible. I would not recommend you use the Dent Kroger Pharmacy.

I called to get a prescription expedited. They said it will be ready in a half hour. Went out of my way to get there. Go in the OPEN lane. Both were open which never happens. Press the send button. Nothing. Have to back out.
Go to the next lane. That's not going to be ready until tomorrow. Unbelievable. I left my credit card there I was so pissed. I'll get it tomorrow. Maybe. So I wasted an hour of my life for nothing. My only option is to wait 25 minutes which I am not doing since my heat averse french bulldog is with me which means 25 more minutes with the air on. THIS IS THE WHOLE REASON I CALLED
Absolutely furious. If I could do zero stars I would.

I don’t understand all these negative reviews. As a diabetic with multiple other health issues, I have 7 or 8 different monthly prescriptions at any given time. This pharmacy is always helpful and always quick to respond. The gentleman with the long hair is probably the best pharmacy tech in the tri-state area. On multiple occasions he has gone above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need and clearly explains any issues that arise. This is by far the best Kroger pharmacy.

cause I went in to Kroger's in Harrison Ohio to get a pair of pants and the lady it works in the clothing department, accuse me of high staff, and stealing, which I am not a thief And I wasn't hiding anything was very rude, threatening hateful speech. She threatened to call the cops on me and I didn't do anything wrong.

Looks like a superstore doesn't operate like a superstore no deli selections where other stores have Mexican, Italian and other counters. No, not this one a lonely, fry, dried chicken, and a dried up rib.
