Everytime it's time for my debit card to expire, one lady gives me trouble. I got an email from my internet, that said until I get my old debit card renewed, I would have to call my bill in, that I couldn't use auto pay, until my card is renewed with a new expiration date. I wasn't able to use it at a department store for an on line purchase either. This is the second time, she has done this to me. She is rude! I assume she doesn't want to do, the extra work to renew my card! I am an elderly woman, I should not be spoken to in such a rude matter. The other employees are very courteous, and vary respectful. I won't give her name, she knows who she is!
