Crooked. I took my computer to get fixed. He said it couldn't or wasn't worth fixing (lie) he conned me into buying a "better" refurbished computer. It stopped working 3 months after I got. Dale gave me the run around. I took it to a real computer store and found out that Best Price Computer sold me a computer 4 years older than mine with a bootleg corrupt copy of windows in it. There is nothing good or honest about this horrible place. Wish I could give it negative stars.

Took PC in to be fixed. Ordered part that did not fix issue. Was told by employee part would be returned and refunded. This never happened. Called and spoke to owner who argued with me and wouldn't listen. I am out $100 for a part I don't have. This is not professional and there was obviously a communication error between the owner and employee. Buyer beware!! Not an honest business.
