Although the repair cost and the work time was very good, The initial technician left some screws loose and some missing from my iPhone 6 so the vibration mode was no longer working after the replacement of my battery. I was able to take it back up there and have them fix it for free as part of the initial service cost. The second technician to work on the phone told me what the issue was, and it was fixed promptly and correct.

Both store associates were very professional and polite. They looked at my phone and knew exactly what was required to fix it. I was given the appropriate time required to repair my phone which was fairly accurate. I was pleased with their service and price. I would be confident in recommending them to friends and family.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about cell phone repairs. It was fixed in an hour when I was told previously by my carrier it might not be. Very happy with the service and cheaper than a new phone.

Very good battery replacement. I came in without an appointment. They took my phone and said they had one repair ahead of mine. In about and hour everything was completed and I came back and got my phone. It was relatively quick and the service was friendly and informative.

I showed up without an appointment at about 6:45 PM. I needed an iPhone battery replacement. The staff point me in line behind one other battery replacement. In about 45 minutes I came back to the store and my battery replacement was completed. I checked out and was on my way. Had I gone to a Apple store, there was a good chance that they could not serve me that day. I never would have gotten into and out of an Apple store in 45 minutes. I was greatly impressed by how well and how quickly Batteries Plus Bulbs staff replaced my iPhone battery.

I needed a new battery for my tablet. It took a while to find one. The first one must have been bad, but the second one worked great. Saved me from having to buy a new tablet which I was beginning to think I'd have to do. Very pleasant and even got a $10 discount.
