I want to take a moment to thank the Manager, Kim K, for being so helpful during my visit.
I was undertaking a massive job by reorganizing my storage unit, while simultaneously, transferring ownership of the unit from the previous person for my company.
She took the time to understand my request. She gave me the easy-to-follow steps of what needs to occur for ownership transfer. She also walked to the other end of the property to physically relay any pertinent updates. She was a delight during the entire process and I am grateful for her attentive service.

Angie went out of her way to help me with my vehicle that became disabled while I was at my unit. Her willing effort saved me lots of time and money. Thank you!

Storage Inns is very clean, bug and rodent free and no leaks. I appreciate how well they maintain their units. Also, after several years of using this facility I know my belongings are in a safe and secure location. The staff, especially Angie Aiple- Manager, are all friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend Storage Inns of America.

Hi met with Tim, the manager to rent a storage unit. Tim was very thorough in going over everything. He was very helpful. Amazing customer service. The unit looks good and it was easy to open and lock. Tim's instrucitons on how to get in and out of the gate were very clear, it made it easy for my first time to drop things off.

Signed up for a unit today. Called and spoke with Tim who was very pleasant on the phone. I was instructed that units were on a First Come - First Serve basis but there were some units available that I was interested in. I immediately went down to the office location and spoke with Tim directly. After showing me in person the specific unit I was interested in, we headed back to the office and did the paperwork. Tim is extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with. His instruction is to the letter and he keeps the facility running like a well oiled machine.I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a clean, secure storage unit with a manager that is thorough and serious about their job.

on September 28, 2021 at 11a, I pulled into the Beavercreek location parked in front of the office and was in my vehicle for probably 5 mins finishing up a phone call, when an employee approached my truck and ask what I was doing, I told him I was finishing my call but was looking to get a price on storing a trailer he then tilted his head back as to look through his bifocals and ask what size, I told him then he just kept staring at me, I ask was there a problem. he stated it looks to me like your waiting for someone to open the gate so you can get in there and he was there to protect the property from theft, I told him ill take my business elsewhere , he replied good have a good day, As a retired law enforcement officer of color, I shouldn't be surprised with this kind of behavior. but still appalled, and I point blank ask him if I were white on the phone would we be having this conversation. I have never wrote reviews but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Greene Co Sheriff Office was notified of this incident

This was my first experience with self storage and I'm very pleased. The facility was clean and secure and the management did an awesome job explaining everything to me and was very customer oriented.
