The company charged my insurance company $3550.00 to rent a pain pump when Anthem allowed the maximum of $1820.50. They were rude when I confronted them about the charge, and now I'm disputing it with the insurance company. Buyer beware.

Don’t ever use this company or any of their products for medical procedures. Especially the pain pump, it will cost you hundreds of dollars more than traditional post surgery pain medication and it’s ineffective. They also lied and said the cost would be covered by insurance and it wasn’t.

Was very considerate, helpful, had my size in a brace. The dr showed me how to put it on. Told me I could come back if having problems and doesn't matter how many times I come back. Very nice.

My experience was a phone call and it was most unpleasant. I was haveing a difficult time lovating a brace I needed so I was already sad. The reprentative was short, rushing in response( 9AM) as if I was bothering her with my questions. I stated I would call back and the response was as if she was saying whatever. I am okay with not spending my monet or allowing my insurance to pay for anyting at this company. Most unprofessional experience. Thank you for frustration and bad customer service. The 1 star is for ansering the phone.

I've tried for two weeks to go here to get something for my knee. They have been closed up to TWO HOURS early and when I try to schedule an appointment, NO ONE answers the phone for any of the options given. Don't waste your time like I have.

They say they are open M-F, 9-5. But twice I came in the early afternoon and they were closed for the day. A terrible experience! Find another place to get your stuff.

Must be a business that has very little competition and/or more business than they know what to do with, they were rude and very short on the phone, acted like I was bothering them. I can't imagine anyone doing business with them if there are other companies in the same business that people can buy from. Seems like one of those situations where they don't care about customer service because they act like they are the only game in town, maybe they are. Too bad for the folks who have to buy from them

I'm not sure this store is still in business; several attempts to reach them over the phone have failed.

This is a suggestion for SportOrthotics, not a review. I am shopping for Quadrastep Orthotics (medical inserts recommended by my foot doctor & physical therapist) and contacted SportOrthotics. My suggestion is to make it clear on their website, that they Medicare will NOT accept these inserts (Medicare claims they DO pay 80%) so that customers are prepared to pay the $105-$450 for these orthotics. Placing "We do not accept Medicare" or some such appropriate phrase would be most beneficial & less frustrating to the customer.
