Just had our master bathroom remodeled. Jesse was awesome! Did great work , arrived on time and worked all day. Unheard of these days. He really is excellent at his craft. Very polite, professional and very nice.

The whole experience was great from the salesman, to the office keeping me informed of the start date, to the demo and installer guys. Everyone was very polite. The demo and installer kept me informed of what they were doing and the progress. It turned out beautiful.

The entire experience in dealing with ReBath was refreshing. Lori G. was the initial contact and was very knowledgeable and efficient when conducting the estimate. Saved over $2000 with Rebath instead of going with the other competitors. Constant contact up through the completion of the project. The installers, Wes and Kenny are top notch. Professional - Punctual - Efficient and Thorough in all phases of the project. These two make a great team and went above and beyond my expectations. ReBath is very fortunate to have a great estimator in Lori G and two very competent and friendly installers in Wes and Kenny!

From Tim the salesman to the Kenny and Sabastain work team that did our tub/covnversion it was done professionally, they answered all questions, and cleaned up the area when it was complete. The new shower looks fantastic.

Mike who came to sign the contract was very king and explained to us the details of the remodelling.The staff who came to the house did a very good job and even came on day 3 to finish the work.I still have their sign posted in front of the house.We strongly recommend them.Even the lady in the office was kind.

Dylan , Sebastian and Brianna did a excellent job and their Customers Service skills was outstanding I was so impressed when they took my 90yr old grandmother and had her seat in her shower chair and made sure she would be able to reach the selfs before they installed them was just so thoughtful and that was going the extra mile I’m so glad we went with Re-bath and would recommend anyone that’s looking to have their bathroom redone go with Re-bath for the excellent work and outstanding Customer Service

Jason and Ethan did an amazing job installing the shower, flooring, and vanity system in my bathroom. They were thorough and patient with everything and the quality of their job was immaculate. I highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone who’s looking to get some work done in their bathrooms!

We just had our 1979 bathtub and shower replaced by Re-Bath. We knew it was long past due for an update and Re-Bath was recommended to us through one of our local stores. What a Difference! My husband and I believe that the best of the best were sent to us...Craig and Chad just turned our old bathroom into a Beautiful modern update with a walk-in shower with a seat, grab bar, glass doors and built in shelves that will be so much more accessible and safe for us. We cant wait to share pictures with family and friends. Chad and Craig were professional, very easy to speak with, knowledgeable about their craft, and made sure that we were aware of the changes being made were specific to what we had asked for in our contract. They were so friendly... two strangers walked into our house and both Craig and Chad walked out as trusted businessmen of Re-Bath that we will certainly refer to our friends and family as they consider updates in their own homes. Demo and installation was fantastic. Dylan and Sebastian did a fantastic job and were very transparent throughout the whole process. They were able to answer any questions and let us know what they were doing each day. The communication from the front office/sales staff to us, ReBath, and the installers were putrid at best. Plumbing was supposed to be done the weekend before the install. No one showed up. There was no communication that they weren’t going to show up. Sebastian and Dylan were very surprised that things weren’t done when they came back the following Monday. I talked to Peyton Sunday afternoon and tried to figure out what was going on. He told me that the project was getting pushed back due to this. He also did not call me back or text me back on Saturday when I asked because “he started drinking at 8AM with his buddies and didn’t think it would be appropriate to call or text while intoxicated.” I thought this was very unprofessional. I want to stress how bad the communication was. No one from ReBath seemed to be talking to each other. This was a very expensive project and I felt like we were in the dark for a significant portion of the project. Sebastian and Dylan did very well and I would rate them at 5 stars. The sales staff would get 0 stars.
