Just picked up my second order from Progressive Printers and I am blown away by the quality of the printing! Ryan helped work through an issue on the proof with the perfect solution and the turn around time was fabulous! I would definitely recommend!

Tried this place after Graphics Terminal closed. I had the same exact issues as other customers. The print was the wrong size and they only printed half of them, even after clarifying with the President of the Company Ryan.Reached out to figure out how we could get this right to work together in the future and get the sizes right. He was extremely rude and blamed me for sending in a Jpeg instead of a .PDF. They need to work on clarity and customer service. I will be finding a new print company.The quality of the print was nice if it was the right size.?Minuteman press is very close and does a great job. ? Use instead.

I placed an order for a seating chart. Apparently they are doing printing for graphic terminals. I went to go pick up the seating chart and it was printed incorrectly. The coloring was off the ceiling chart was supposed to be blue and gold and the printer left a big white space at the top.I called graphic terminals and I asked why was the seating chart printed incorrectly no one called back no 1 offered any refund no 1 said anything I would not use them again.
