Very unhelpful, told me to take phone home & let me son set it up. Gave me no choice of phones. Said he had to charge me 20 dollars more because I didn't have my son's ID. Who carries their son's ID. Lost all my photos & more. Very unsatisfied

Chris is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't trust him with your phones or anything close to it. Taking private photos of young females from their phone. And a lot more.. He was 60 grand in debt for not paying taxes. Trust someone like that if you want to, I won't. Proof if needed. Thanks Metro!

I just left there with my husband. We just needed to switch our old phone over to our new phones. We had a special monthly rate and we went in there knowing we probably would have to pay more a month since our plan is so old. The man behind the counter should never work in customer service. He couldn't understand that we were just trying to ask him what plan was best for us since he was insisting we had to change. It was an awful experience with this location and we will definitely never be back. Tempted to change our service all together...

Chris is the absolute best Metro Worker I have ever dealt with, he answers all my questions with ease. however if you take a look around, he could use a maintenance person in order to keep his glass and floors sparkling clean while he works as hard as he does. Keep up the good work, its not enough to lower my review.

Never open.. slights on and door is always locked and no one ever answers the phone .

Says open but door is locked at 2:07 pm on a Tuesday. No sign on door saying closed or out to lunch. Now I have to go to one that I don't want to. If you can't have the store open cause if staff close it till you have the staff.
