Rema and Adam are thieves!! I went in on 2/17/24 to exchange my 2 rings for the correct size. I left my rings with Rema. She told me I would get a call in a week when my rings were in stock. Weeks have gone by and I never got any calls from them, I called them myself and they told me they can’t replace my rings if I don’t have my original rings I purchased!! I spoke with the manager Adam and told him I left my rings with his employee and he said it’s company policy that they would never do that. I told him to check his cameras and he lied and said his cameras don’t go back that far. It has only been about 30 days at this point. So I took this to the Better Business Bureau, and it still took weeks after that to get a conclusion. Robert from Hannoush Corp called me and told me I could go in store to get rings I like for similar price. When I get to the store, the rings that I ordered are there but they have them in an 8 instead of 7.5. I took home the 8 even though I waited THREE MONTHS for 7.5, I am tired of dealing with these scamming people. I’ll take my rings to a better, legit jewelry store to fit my finger securely. Such a shame!

A1 jewelry store. Can order it for you of not in the store. There not the garage Arab location that's half brass half gold either. There jewelry is 100% gold. Diamonds are real. This is truly a good place.

Disappointed to say the least. I picked out my ring 5/20/23. Ring was ordered the following week with a deposit put down. We were told it would be 4 weeks until we would have the ring. It has been over 4 weeks and we are actually approaching 6 weeks with no ring and no answer of the phone when we have called. Not happy at all.UPDATE - 7/17/23 AND STILL NO RING. Absolutely unacceptable!! My boyfriend called the jeweler today and still getting the run around and no definite date or actual answers.

Adam helped my fiancé design the PERFECT engagement right! We went to the shop a few months ago and Adam remembered everything I liked which is amazing. He helped my fiancé so much from remembering little details to creating a 3D model of my dream ring. I couldn’t thank this shop and Adam enough for helping my man out! Hands down the best jewelry experience I've ever encountered. Tony was with me through the whole process of creating the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. I was told to pick a different jeweler because they weren't accredited with the BBB, but as soon as you walk in, you can tell they have your best interest at heart.
