Sam has done a complete remodel of our kitchen, 3 baths and updated paint and baseboards in both bedrooms. He’s wonderful to work with… always has great ideas and is very conscientious of his work. We will use him again hopefully in the spring or summer for our laundry room and basement.,I can’t say enough good things about him and his work!

With our growing family we couldn’t have been referred to Grounds4Repair at a better time. Looking to expand our living space Sam was without a doubt the best choice for us. Sam is fair, honest, and considerate and our finished basement is just what we needed. We got a fair price and great work.

The quality of Sam's work is transformative and merits the highest recommendation possible. I hope the pictures speak for themselves, but these were my experience watching Sam work on converting my tandem garage and splitting it into a bedroom:Assessment. Sam provided us an estimate for this project without pressuring the customer to sign the deal. Instead, he focused on explaining all the steps involved in the project. He has a very analytical approach to his work and outlines how he will meet and exceed code requirements.Quote/Estimate for cost. He is reasonable with his pricing and will break the job into parts such that the customer does not have to pay upfront for the whole project. He would complete a block of the job and then collect payment after that block is completed.Quality of materials used/work performed. He is very particular about the quality of materials he uses and he informs his customer about the advantages/disadvantages But ultimately will let the customer decide. His work is almost artistic since he is very exact about how he builds things.Overall: I had the best experience a person could have with a contractor - especially when they single handily performed all the serviced required for the job. He built everything to code and exceeded requirements in some areas. (e.g., electrical, plumbing, Drywall, Concrete). Once he begins work he maintains momentum, keeps the work area clean, and has been a person that's reliable with excellent work ethics. I wish the industry worked as he does.Services: Remodelling

Bathroom renovation. We currently had our bathroom renovated. Sam was professional, was very informative walking us through the renovation. He found some additional issues that required additional services. He provided solid solutions helping to reduce the cost of the those services. The workmanship was exceptional! I would utilize them again and highly recommend him! Thanks Sam!
