I've recently come to this shop for studs to be replaced even though they got backed up they found the Time to fix my studs and replace some bad lugnuts for me. It was done same day.
I give five stars because the proof is in the work.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing. Passing through trying to get home to SC. Mechanics were still in garage. Waited 15 minutes in line during which time the mechanics were allowed to close all they bays 10 min early and leave.
By the time it was my turn 5min BEFORE closing the desk guy says “I’m sorry I just can’t help you, we’re actually closed and the technicians are gone.”
