I’ve taken 3 vehicles to this business. Everytime it was the proper fix! I work on cars etc, but for hidden or bigger issues they know what they’re doing, they don’t try an push more onto you, they are fair priced, quick, knowable and DO NOT treat you like a meal-ticket. I like them.

I don’t live near Dixon’s but chose to take my car there based on their good reviews. They ended up diagnosing the problem but the price they charged me for the part was 3x what I could have bought it for at a parts store down the road. Then the labor that took them probably 10 minutes to install was outrageous. This isn’t how you do business, esp the huge markup on the part. I will not be returning to Dixon’s and won’t be referring them to friends.

Took my Ford Escape in for an A/C repair. Dropped the car off Sunday after hours. Got a text Monday mid afternoon and they had fixed my A/C. The Schrader valve on the high pressure line was leaking. The service only cost $250 which I'm pleased with and they took lots of pictures and documented a lot which is awesome. Very throurgough and quality work. I'll be bringing my vehicle back for sure!
