If your car has been towed, Busy Bee will usually work with you within reason and boundaries of the law. For parts, they might just have that part that no one else does.! For basic parts, I would compare prices from other suppliers, sometimes Busy Bee can be a little pricey. But once again, that hard to find part might be with the cost. ?

Was not happy with thus towing storage place. My van was moved without my permission to a parts yard I was working with an insurance adjuster and it was supposed to be moved on 8/20. I wasn't contacted that it was going to be moved early I was not happy

a horrible place, they should be working in the desert, rude, prejudiced, they are on their cell phones, they don't pay attention, they treat you as if they were giving away the things you want to buy. Don't have the displeasure of getting to know this environment.

I bought a transmission and a transfer case from them, when I purchased the transfer case a few months before the transmission they helped me carefully load it in the suv and this time the guy was in such a rush he flipped my transfer case over off the towel I had it laid out on so it wouldn’t leave and then flipped the transmission in there smashed my plastic covering my speaker in a car I just paid $30,000 in cash for I get 20 minutes down the road and my seats and my floors are drenched in transmission fluid. My family owns law firms in Dayton and in Xenia I will be suing them as soon as possible! Even if I don’t get anything out of it your company is still paying attorney fees, my attorneys are free! I’ll drag it out as long as I can!

saids they had 2 3.0L engines both good an out of cars just wrecked an hadnt been setting .had 2 wait 2 weeks for them to pull engines then drove 2hrs to get and got home with them removed valve covers and one was full of water and oil and rust was on cams and timing chain was super loose other engine timing chain had failed and had jumped and bent valves and broken rocker arms trying to uplaod pics

I needed a rim for my car and saw they had some at their website.I went there and told him what I needed and his guys found the exact replacement for my car. Him and his employees were polite and professional plus he deducted $25 from the list price because it had a slight dent that didn't affect its use. Thank you, Busy Bee.
