I had gotten an oil change at another place earlier in the day, and when I arrived in Dalton, I noticed that the oil pan was dragging on the ground. The guys at Jim’s were so kind to fix it for me, and had me out of there in 10 minutes! Thank you guys so much for all of your help!

We were caught off guard when we were making our return trip back to Ohio to visit family and our brakes needed replaced. Jim and his staff took immediate care of our needs and made sure we were back on the road within 24 hours. Great people. Great service.

I needed a pre-sale inspection for a car I was planning to purchase. I called Jim's and explained that I lived an hour away from the dealership and their shop and they completely handled all of the arrangements of getting the car dropped off, inspected, and picked up! I believe I talked to a man named Nate. The price was amazing for the thorough inspection. I asked for a quote on tires for the vehicle to show the dealership and they also provided a quote for two different types of tires. They got the car in the same day that I called and sent me the report that day too! What a great business!
