I was in & out!! Literally, 30min or less! Katelyn was such a huge help, and I upgraded to a pretty neat phone!! I’m glad I purchased in-store instead of online!! Give Katelyn a raise!! ✨?

I was there 08/19/24 and the younger woman who helped me was so nice and patient! I was having issues with activating mobile service and she waited patiently with me while I was on hold with my previous carrier to have them resolve something on their end. At any point she could have said that I need to call them and come back to the store, but she was willing to work from start to finish with my issue. I wish I got her name but this is a direct compliment to her and recognizing her exceptional customer service.

Maddie at the Howe Ave store is AMAZING! I had goofed up the setting on my Moto RAZR+ 2023 phone and could not get any functions to work. She got my unlock password to work and reset my accesaccessibility options - helpful, customer fofocused, technologically skilled. Customer facing Spectrum reps like Maddie are the reason my family chooses Spectrum. We do not shop price but we do shop for excellent service. Maddie tops them all!

Horrible Scam-like company running prices through the roof due to lack of competition. Awful people all around even the front line workers are just mean. As if the $16 an hour spectrum pays them has them living large and dont have a problem paying $115 for only internet. I sincerely hope everyone involved at spectrum has the worst life possible. Leaving this review on all locations as they are all the same level of bad. Will be arranging in person protests and community education events outside stores on where to find cheaper internet.

Without an appointment, you must wait in line unreasonably long (like 45 minutes to an hour) for something as simple as picking up or returning equipment.
With an appointment, you still must suffer the rigamarole of signing in on their tablet--which is less pleasant than it sounds, the two workers are still overwhelmed with approximately a dozen frustrated customers who have been waiting as described above, and you still must wait indefinitely, feeling as if no one at Spectrum cares about you or your patronage whatsoever (they really don't).
Added after "response" from store owner:
And honest, on-point reviews that describe how terrible the store's "customer service" system is and that explain why it is so terrible, are "remedied" by generic, meaningless autoresponses from the store owner--who is oblivious, doesn't care at all, or (most likely) both.
TIME TO GET ANY OTHER INTERNET SERVICE; SPECTRUM IS AWFUL.

I’m moving to a location that doesn’t allow spectrum services and I went in store to cancel my membership. The associate that greeted me informed me I wasn’t able to cancel my membership in store and had to call a support number which I found out was an unnecessary step and I would’ve been able to cancel my membership in store, but the associate didn’t want their store to take the hit for a service cancellation. I understand this concept because I work in sales and I have to say I am disgusted that I was turned away instead of helped so the store would look better.

I went in to exchange a faulty cable box. I was told since I was a Time Warner Cable Legacy customer they could not help me and that I had to go home and call Spectrum. I did that. I was on the phone for three hours. They were going to ship me new equipment. Two days later I called to follow up and they had no record of that and told me I had to go to the store and that they could not ship me equipment. They ended up sending a tech to my house. After all this, now I have a box with a different fault.?♂️

Took my mother’s cable box back, told them wanted to keep WiFi and home phone. I only returned the cable box they cancelled everything. The medical alert system she had was tied to the phone number. Multiple calls to get it back. Had to send a technician out. Unbelievable!
