Complete garbage! Have a washer still within manufacture warranty +3 year extended warranty. Secretary changed the date so we were out of warranty and the tech didn’t have to come back a second time. Now were in touch with manufacturer directly to get issue resolved. Company is no longer trust worthy.

The first tech that came out (Andy) wasn't quite sure what the problem really was on our refrigerator but he called Dean who seemed to know exactly what was going on. I set an appointment for Dean to come fix but when he got there and found out the unit was over 11 years old, he was very honest and said he wasn't sure it was worth fixing and maybe I should get a new one. He didn't even charge me for the second visit. They could've talked me into spending good money after bad, so I very much appreciate his honest recommendation. I will definitely call them on any future appliance repair.

FABULOUS service, fixed my refrigerator when others could not. Andy was simply AWESOME! I won’t use anybody else for appliance repair!!!

Dean made a service call to our house for our refrigerator, twice because we had to order a part. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, on time and efficient.. both times he was at our house. I would definitely recommend ProTec for your appliance repairs! Thanks Dean!

Do not take your mcintosh equipment here ! The entire experience was horrible. The girl at the desk is never in a good mood.! Took amp in for repairs of meter lights and front panel. Took over a month for an estimate. Agreed to repairs at $550. Took over 2 months then to complete. Picked up and had the same issue. Was told they replaced the meters. They did not do that. Took back and wanted my money back. Took 3 weeks for a call back. Then they agreed to replace the meters for no charge. Ya right! Waited another 3 months. Picked it up and still had the same issue. I ended up taking it somewhere else for a proper repair. Didn't have an amp fo 7 months.

I had someone come out for my 7 year old Samsung washer to diagnose & repair it and was told it was my circuit board. I had Protec, come out a years ago & they replaced my circuit board. It’s been only 1 year now it’s the circuit board again. I paid them over $500 hundred dollars to fix the circuit board a year ago. Now it’s the same thing. I must’ve been sold a faulty circuit board. I refused the repairs & paid the service fee of $150 & I’ll be looking for another technician or buy another washer. Very disappointed.

Our 5 year old LG refrigerator/freezer quit cooling but otherwise seemed to be running properly. Sadly, it was barely 2 months out of (extended) warranty. The national call in support had me try several things, none of which worked.. The place we bought it from does repair, but they couldn't schedule it sooner than over 2 weeks away!! Pro-Tec was able to get someone out the very next day.
The technician, Dean, really knew his trade. He called me ahead of time and got the model and serial number to make sure he had the right parts. He said that model is notorious for compressor failure. Sure enough, when he arrived ( right on time), he diagnosed the problem as a failed compressor. Fortunately, the compressor has a 10-year warranty, and he had the part in his truck! 2 hours later it's working fine.

Do not use these people ever. You might as well get a new appliance. They take your money and don't fix the issue. Then have the audacity to be completely rude and unprofessional. The tech just picked up his bag and left. That was his second time at my house to fix my fridge/freezer. The day before they got $346 dollars to "fix" the issue and it did not even come close to fixing the issue. Called them to come out again and told them the compressor is under a home warranty and would need approval before the actual work is done, ok, fine. I understand there is a process and what it is. The tech would not give our warranty company the time of day. He grumbled as he was walking out the door how he wasted his time....um, no, sir, you wasted our time and stole our money and it's still not fixed. We told the "manager" we wanted a different tech and was basically told that Dean was the only one in NEO. I call BS and told the manager that. The manager gave excuses about how many jobs they have a day. He did somewhat apologize but then said oh Dean never gets complaints. That's not an actual apology on how awful he behaved. You're a grown man, act like one. The tech could have given the warranty company 30 seconds and if they were asking questions he didn't have an answer for we would have told the warranty company that. Apparently the manager knows all the questions the warranty company is going to ask before they ask them and will not allow the tech to talk to the warranty company. They said they would send us the estimate and still have not and I doubt they will. There is more but I will be done and leave you with....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews are right in stating how horrible this company is. They severely need training in customer service. Seriously, save yourself the sanity and don't use them.

Excellent service. Very timely and professional. The tech that came was easy to deal with! Working from home, that was greatly appreciated. Would recommend them to anyone.
