Dr. Shoemaker understands the reality of our individual busy & stressful lives. She puts everything into perspective and isn't quick to jump on new medications that may help but.may also cause other problems. And if she does give you a new med, she explains it's use and possible concerning side effects. An absolutely wonderful physician!

Lack of communication regarding care plans, cost, and billing ruined our care. The inability to have in office payments go towards the principal balance and no record of attempts to stay current meant our care was terminated. Absolutely awful experience with people on the phone and communication with local staff. Hoping no one else goes through this.

Dr Musa is a great asset to this practice, he is very knowledgeable and listens to ALL concerns. My husband and I both see him and love him.

The doctors are very good and knowledgeable. Sadly the lack of attention care and work ethic from the lazy office staff will ruin your treatment plan. They won’t file paperwork they won’t get proper authorization. I waited several weeks to get scheduled for a test on my heart and the the day before the hospital cancelled because this office didn’t bother to do the requested paperwork. Several times their lack and negligence directly effected me and my effort to be healthier. I have fired this office from treating me and am moving on. Worst office staff I have come in contact with.

The office staff and Dr. DiGennaro (my doctor) are amazing and polite. They are finally the first group of people that listen to my needs and seem like they genuinely care about my well-being. I can’t recommend my doctor enough! She has helped me for years with a smile and a listening ear— backed with endless knowledge.

Never call them expecting to talk to a live person. The only communication they have with their patients outside of face-to-face is through their app/website. This was not the case a decade ago, but this place has gotten much worse. I would not send anyone there, now. The staff is friendly, but hard to communicate with for any kind of support outside of your appointments.

The doctors are great. The business is getting to big and they are forgetting the patients. Misdiagnose cancer, forget to call in meds. Where are the old country doctors?

The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Pinta is the first Dr. That actually listened to my concerns. He has helped me manage my chronic pain I have lived with for 3.5 years.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone from the office. I have called several times over the past few weeks and have either been left on hold for up to 20 minutes or left messages that were not returned for a couple days.

I recently became a new patient after IMet Dr DiGennaro making rounds in the hospital. Her bedside manner and her knowledge is unrivaled. She was very kind and patient when I askedDozens of questions and took notes.The office staff is just as helpful and pleasant to interact with as well.I would certainly recommend this office if you are looking for A doctor.

Dr. Shoemaker is amazing. After recently moving from across the country I had set up a well patient visit to establish care for a month out. When I got sick today, she took me in right away despite not having seen her yet. She was prompt, pleasant, and had an excellent bed side manner. I would recommend her 1000x over!
