Took in to replace a water pump they did not tighten The hose they took out so it was leaking and now the whole transmission is acting up. Called to ask questions but he was very hostile. Saved my videos of the leaking and I am warning people to avoid this place.

I have taken my cars here a couple of times now. I feel like they are honest and do good work at an affordable rate. I don't think that they are aware that anyone in their lobby can hear everything that is being said in the garage because I have gotten quite an earful at times. Nothing too bad. Just guy talk but it can be funny!

There one technician didn't know what he was doing. Instead od admitting it and referring me to a dealership he wasted days trying to figure it out, and I still got charged for his time without my car getting repaired.The dealership found the problem and fixed it. I ended up paying twice the amount I should have. I won't go back there.

As far as it goes with Mechanics scamming women, and women, in general, always in fear of being taken advantage of, Rienzis Quality Car Care has remained the most trustworthy shop around, especially when it comes to women. Steve, the ownere, is not afraid to tell you what to watch out for. He will educate any inexperienced customer l, with valuable knowledge, on how to avoid being scammed. Hes located on RT 5 in Cortland. Give em a look see. been a good friend for over 10 years. As far as that ass cracker that was violating women, hes gone. Get your tune ups here. the guy is A-1 bar none, out does any run-of-the-mill "mechanics" this side of ohio.
