This is THE WORST pharmacy ever! I was forced to switch because of my insurance and I am about at the point of just paying full price rather than deal with this place. I have not visited this place one time without an issue. Not one. They are either spontaneously closed due to no pharmacist on duty, drive thru isn't working, prescription not ready, lost or put back despite text messages and calls telling me it is ready. Just horrible! Not exactly a convenient location either which really Ts me off. Complete waste of time - every time.

This walgreens located on broad street near McNaughten is terrible. I called several times and they never answered the phone. i drive go the location and the person working admitted that they actively dong answer the phone. After having surgery you need your medication as soon as possible. Its been 15 hours after the surgery and still no tect fron walgreens, they still havnt called and we had to have the prescription transferred to another loaction. DONT GO HERE. The pharmisist should be reported.

This Walgreens does a great job of keeping up with your prescriptions, I recommend getting the app so you can also see them. They are really quick with your prescription and all of the pharmacist are nice.

Apparently the ONLY Walgreens that doesn't take caresource. Get to lose another day of work because of this location not even bothering to call me when they got the prescription.

So first, let me say that I'm reviewing this in the context of it being a Walgreens and not a high-end retail store. As far as it being a neighborhood drug store/convenience store, I'd say they earn their five stars. Service is always really friendly and they have pretty much everything in stock that I need. Coupons and Walgreens card points rack up quickly, so I tend to save money there too. When I don't feel like trekking across a giant parking lot and navigating a store like Meijer, I'll stop in this Walgreens and get what I need quickly and be on my way.

Waited in line for close to 10 minutes because the cashier and another customer decided to have a nice chit chat, while a line was forming. Then while waiting, found expired product because I was that bored. Had to leave because I was going to miss my daughters dental appt.

I usually order and send pictures to this Walgreens. However, they have a separate area for photos and there's never anyone staffing that area. So you have to wait in line for the cashier to page someone, go back to the photo area and wait. Today I waited in line, the cashier paged someone, I went back to photos, no one came, I went back to the cashier (he helped two people who were behind me originally before helping me), paged someone again. An employee who was stocking came and pulled them for me but sent me up to the register so I waited in line 3 times to pick up pictures. I won't be coming back here for pictures. I was on my lunch break and I spent awhile in the store playing tag for my pictures. Just ridiculous.
