I cannot rate Jacquie Goumas Fox high enough, as 5 stars does not begin to describe her professionalism, insight, wisdom, responsiveness, and advocacy. I recall many occasions wherein I reached out to her via text or email with a question, at times as early as 7 a.m. on a Saturday morning, or as late as 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday evening; and Jacquie responded almost instantly every time. Moreover, she went above and beyond to advise and reassure me throughout the entire process from start to finish, and ultimately, facilitated the purchase of my first home--which also happens to be my dream home--a two floor penthouse condo in Italian Village. With Jacquie's assistance I obtained the condo for $10,500 less than the asking price, and she successfully negotiated a purchase contract provision whereby the outdoor furniture for the 800 sq. ft. private rooftop terrace, would remain for no additional cost--something that was very important for me as a buyer, as I had no patience to wait 6+ months for the arrival of new outdoor furniture, given present supply chain issues.I would highly recommend Jacquie to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home, and I will surely reach out to her again for any matters relating to my future purchase or sale of real estate.-Joseph

We could not have asked for a better experience than the one provided by Jeff at Vutech Ruff. The entire process was completely stress free. Jeff worked with us months prior to listing our home to ensure we knew what to expect, key items to update to ensure the best listing possible, and answer all our questions about selling our first home. Vutech & Ruff has a stellar reputation in German Village where I sold my home, and I can see why. Marilyn listed my home for sale on a Friday and on Saturday we had an open house. By the end of that weekend, I had several offers and the house ended up selling for $33,500 over the list price. Granted, it’s a seller’s market right now, but I have no doubt if it wasn’t for Vutech & Ruff, my house would not have sold so quickly or within the price I range I was ultimately hoping for. Marilyn provided excellent guidance in terms of staging, marketing, and offers. I’ve sold a couple houses in the past and never has the process been so stress-free.Furthermore, they referred me to a buyer’s agent in Cincinnati (where I was moving) and she is top-notch as well. I made an offer on the perfect house for me at this point in my life and it was accepted. (I was a little apprehensive because the offer was $20,000 below the list price.)In all respects, working with Vutech & Ruff served me very, very well.

Jeff pretty much nailed the predictions of what the market would yield for our house. The asking price yielded excellent interest and offers and we had a very short time frame we had to show our house. Extremely knowledgeable about the market.
