What’s up with the self-service lobby? It used to be open 24 hours. It is listed in the online USPS location directory as a 24 hour kiosk. But, I now repeatedly make the trip up there and find it locked and chained.

The delivery service was horrible. I live by the OSU campus and I already had two incidents when they said my packaged had been delivered in/at the mailbox but it never showed up in my mailbox or my door. The first time it was delivered at the wrong building, and this time, the package just didn't show up at all anywhere. What's going on?

The older white woman with the longer grey/white hair has a massive attitude with customers every time I'm in there & today, she was rude to me as well. Her passive aggressive personality is annoying every single time I go in there.

I came in there today and a black woman was working one of the lanes but I did not catch her name. She was delightful. She was fast at her job, helpful, and even while being very personable to young child with downs. She made a point of looking out and telling me to put a return address on a letter that I was sending with my property tax check. I'm no fan of postal workers due to bad experiences in the past but this lady was the best and I told her as much in parting. She was a cute too. If she happens to read this, I want to say thanks and you're a dear.

This is the only USPS in upper Columbus that has a working fingerprinting machine... I spent an entire day running around the 3 post offices each like 30-40. minutes apart in a rainy cold winter day.The workers in Beechwood were accommodating of my situation and let me know they could process my request in noon. Since the usual person who is in charge of fingerprinting is mainly available noon to afternoon time it seems. The one in Gahanna & Westerville(Westerville one hasn't been working a month it seems, since Dec 2023 to Jan 9th 2024, and this caused me to waste $60) wasn't working at all.I tried calling all the post offices in the morning at 9 though it seems none of the agent were working, and the automated system does not include a check for fingerprinting services(please include that fingerprinting function check in a automated call).

As for going inside and dropping prepaid packages off. It’s fine. They never have gotten lost and have always made it to where they needed to go.Now I’m taking 2 stars off just for the parking lot. Wow the parking lot is bad, and people back in and almost hit your car.

Atrocious service and astronomically long wait times. Delays are expected during the holidays but this location is severely understaffed and has high demand.I went to cash out a USPS money order and was told they didn’t have enough money to be able to cash it out, they even had the audacity to say “we are not a bank” (clearly). USPS had no issue to accept the money to be sent and take the according fee but makes it very difficult to cash it out. Avoid at all costs and if necessary use their online services.

3/4 of the letters I’ve mailed from this location in the last 3 months have disappeared completely and never arrived.

I don’t typically go to USPS to mail anything; so I was unsure what to do and had a couple of questions. Upon initially walking in I was bitterly serviced by an old white woman that was really unwelcoming and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, or answering my questions- she was immediately rude and sent me to the back of the long line in an attempt to make me feel stupid. Thank God I had a different (much nicer) woman helping me when I finally got back up to the counter. Regina was SO kind, so helpful, and so pleasant. Turned my experience at this location completely around! She answered all my questions with grace! Now I know what to do next time I come in. She should teach the other employee some customer service skills:)

Pam, Randy, and Curtis (along with help from others who worked there) went above and beyond to help me track down a package out for priority . I missed the delivery time of my own fault. They made my day by tracking it down and calling me personally to get it to me. It's great to know that the people of your community are willing to help you even when I made the mistake and they could've easily said "we can't find it, it will be delivered on Monday."

Theyre decently polite and never a long line of 10+, but ever since I feel that someone there stole my package I dropped off, I don't trust them. I see there plenty of complaints - this is NOT NORMAL, AS I AM FORMER USPS. Our review section had a few missing items that we'd taken custody of go missing, but that could've been further along the pipeline. To have so many about one location that even businesses are telling their patrons don't send from this branch, and it happen to me implies something aint right!

Everyone complaining probably has an irritating personality... Treat the workers with respect and you'll be fine. The line can be long though. That's my only complaint.

A little tricky to park at, but had a great experience with great staff. Highly recommend this location.
