Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience when riding with this charter company. I road this charter bus with my mom and niece on a church trip to Alabama and initially the bus seemed okay but it didn't smell fresh or anything and I will get to why. Probably about 6 hours into the trip I notice a roach running along side my window. I hurried and jumped up and killed the sucker but that lead me to investigating that the bus was unclean!!!!!! There was food on the side of the seats as well as all types of trash, you could clearly see that the bus had not been cleaned at all. This honestly ruined my trip and caused me major paranoia. We told the driver and see still did not take the innovative to clean the bus or anything. On the way back home ppl were using the bathroom and bees starting flying throughout the bus I was truly terrified and upset my mother paid $300+ for our seats on this ride. Please do better cleaning the buses in between trips! 8/18 this company is lying because they want to continue getting business they did have a charter to Alabama for a church in Columbus Ohio in the month of July it was at the end of July my whole rode on the charter bus and I have no reason to lie I do reviews all around Columbus the bus was filthy and now I'm going to go to the BBB since you wanted to leave a nasty response instead of taking accountability for your business and lack of cleanliness.

Kacy was an excellent driver (we rented a large shuttle for a wedding for a day) and he was extremely communicative and professional. I sincerely appreciate his timeliness and professionalism.
Management however is very unprofessional over the phone. I had a change in itinerary/pick up times due to the heat wave as we had moved some events for our wedding up. These new times reflected in a contract sent reflecting the new times and with a price that was similar to was agreed upon prior. I then was sent an email 4 days before the wedding and told a 25% additional charge was required. I was also called a "pension penny pincher" over the phone.
While the staff are great and very pleasant, I found management to be wholly unprofessional and did not take responsibility for mistakes made.

Soooo... Mrs Renee was a awesome person... We were delayed due to unforseen circumstances .. but she got us the safe and secure and home safe and secure... I appreciate urban express charter

Kacey Armstrong, was such a delight to have as our driver. He was very professional, very considerable and pleasant young man. He may me feel very safe while we traveled to answer from. I recommend him to any one looking for a professional ans safe driver.

Motorcoach was great, and our driver Kacy was fabulous. He continues to be our favorite driver of all time, and we have been riding motorcoaches for decades. We will always request Kacy. He is so professional, he is safe, he is punctual, and he is fun! Our staff and our students love him.
