Two stars for this visit. I was very disappointed that my Yorkie’s nails were not trimmed. And this was a part I scheduled the appointment for. Because she was adopted and not yet registered with the vet hospital she needed checkup first to have her nails trimmed here. So I scheduled the check up. Not cheap. But if she need it I was ok with it counting on that that my Yorkie will have her nails trimmed. I was told she screamed and they could not trim her nails.Hard to believe because her nails were before trimmed by other people and never was a problem .So my mission was not accomplished.
On my other dog they did good job trimming his nails. He needed it and also he was a rescue dog and has anxiety when touching his paws so I rely on technicians handling him. The doctor told me he need antibiotics and I was charged for the visit extra. Not expected this charge because it was not a complete checkup, at least not in front of me and not cheap.
I had to wait for dr. S. 20 minutes. The whole doctor visit lasted not even 15 minutes.
The doctor was very dry. Not sure I want to have her handling my dogs again.
This was not my first visit here. I was always very satisfied and impressed with doctors before.
Prices went way up. Not sure we will come here again. Too many personnel attending to animals.

The absolute best veterinary practice! The staff and care is impeccable. We have been taking our animals here for about the last 15 years and even before the current and beautiful state of the art facility. If you want a caring vet that provides gold standard care, it is here. I cannot say enough positive things about the kindness, and competence shown to myself, my husband, and our beloved pets. They have helped us navigate some tough health issues with our dogs. The staff thoroughly answers questions, takes his/her time with you, and at times even sits on the floor with your pet so they feel more comfortable. At my most recent visit, my pup didn’t even seem to notice her shots being administered. Thank you to the staff and owners that obviously share the passion and love of animals, and their well being!
They are also the recipient of the 2023 AAHA award (and yes it’s kind of a really big deal)- they deserve it!

They were able to get Mickey in fast avoiding having to go to a vet we don’t know. I felt the service was thorough and good. I like sticking with the same group of doctors so I was pleased and Mickey seems to be healing well with little trauma other than having to wear the hood of shame.

From beginning to end,everybody is gracious and kind Doctors are knowledgeable and very compassionate. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Our visit to UA Veterinary Hospital was very pleasant. We were warmly greeted and my pet was treated like she was the only patient. Dr Giatis individualized her care to meet the specific needs of my girl!

I've been coming to UA Vet Hospital for many years. They have always been there for me and my babies but especially through the tough times. So compassionate, so caring. And it meant so much when I brought my new furry friend to meet you all! You were happy for both of us and even though Sunny was a bit unsure of the new surroundings and people, you understood and were so patient with her. I appreciate it more than you know. compassion of the staff.

Easy. Groomer had missed clipping dew claws and they were growing back into Nola's leg. Got in the office that day. Nola is skittish and she felt comfortable and cooperated completely. Win - Win

We have consistently been beyond pleased with the level of care, concern, helpfulness and kindness everyone has displayed. We are always surprised at how incredibly helpful everyone is and how knowledgeable and thorough this practice is as a whole. Arrived late. Doctor said that she would still see me and my cat. Did exam, suggested that we consider well tolerated injections for arthritis as this cat doesn't get off of the bed much at all. She is 12 or 13 years old. Decisions about treatment planning include me and are a discussion. Much appreciated. Jaimie is super. Dr. Bonfiglio is the best. Everyone is upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable, professional... animal and owner interface with staff is excellent. The office treats people and their animals like they genuinely care.

Majority of the doctors are great but some are not price conscious and its becoming way too expensive. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and I may have to look for a new vet because I cannot afford this anymore.
