I had a storage unit with this company for about a year and had price increases thrown at me at least three times! The latest was the straw that broke the camel's back. Check other storage places because I found the same size unit for $100 LESS (monthly).

Great unit. Easy to work with. They over promised when it comes to monthly rates. Hidden on page 6 I believe of the lease, It says they can change it at any point. My rent doubled after just being there for 3 months. Wouldn't recommend if you want a consistent payment plan

Staff was very helpful with making updates to my account as we added a 2nd unit. She made the updates quickly, explained where the new unit was located and made sure we had a lock as well.

Go Store It has been a breeze to rent from. From the start The ladies in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. They have put in extra effort to accommodate our various storage needs while keeping our budget in mind. The storage units are immaculate and Go Store It has the best roll up doors in town.
The only gripe is that they are hard set on the 10pm curfew. Go Store It, Please consider a revision to your hours on a case by case basis. :)

I retract my original review. I was pressured by staff to give a good review with five starts AS THEY WAITED AND WATCHED ME COMPLETE IT..
As you know, all self storage facilities employ and promote only the most crooked of crooks. They steal your money to cook their books. They'll keep your belongings and give dirty looks. They'll pretend to be a friend, but that's all a lie to the very end. I learned too late, so please just stop, think, and wait. It's a dangerous game- once you're past the gate.

Disappointed! Rented my unit online in hopes to go to the office at my units location. Based on the website and, the customer service rep telling me there will be someone there from 830a-5p that I would get access to my unit. When I arrived no one was there and when I called no answer. I was able to call again and get a hold of a representative located in Texas bit they couldn't help me. I called several times throughout the rest of the day and even went back there with no luck. Extremely aggravating as I will now have to wait until Tuesday (the next day it states they're open) to hopefully get access to my unit I've already paid for.

Justina at the front dest was absolutely AMAZING her customer service was GREAT ??. She explained pricing in detail and got me exactly what we needed at a great price ? I will never go anywhere else units are nice , clean and affordable will definitely refure family and friends here in the future .. 10 out of 10 ⭐️
