Do not stay here. They are thieves. I used my choice points to stay here when I got to the front desk a older woman with three teeth told me I would have to pay a $100 deposit which I was confused by. I am a choice diamond member and have never been asked for a deposit on rooms with points. The hotel didn't look like it was on a safe area as it's across from a motel and they didn't provide the proper service that was unacceptable. This wasn't my first pick as choice booked this for me and I would never book here again.
Safety: Across from a motel, near alot of industrial buildings and factories.

Very dirty rooms, other people's smelly socks, dust everywhere, bottle caps and other garbage, a heater (air conditioning) in which an incredible amount of dust, a broken refrigerator that does not open, a malfunctioning microwave oven, a dirty bathroom with black traces of dirt, towels with black hair. There were no main dishes in the morning. I don't recommend to visit, the money wasted.

I booked a room unaware of their pet policy. I was unable to get the room or a refund of $100. The manager promised that he would give the refund, but never did.

Stayed here for a night last week and i accidentally left my wallet in the room. Tried to call the hotel multiple times to check if they found it and they never answer!

Was traveling through the area and stopped for a night with my family.After looking at other reviews on other sites, this seems to be an issue in several rooms. The seals in the toilet tank look new, but clearly were not installed properly. After flushing, it wont reseal itself. We brought it up to the front desk (manager on duty I presume) and asked for another room. He insisted he could fix it. Prior to him intervening, I had to reattach the chain to the seal. Him as well as the front desk agent the next morning said “this happens” and said WE had to stick our hands in to push the seal back in. As a customer (not to mention how gross that is), we should not have to do that. The seal stopped working as expected the next time we used it. It was 10:30pm, and my child was already asleep, so we didn’t have a working toilet and it ran the water all night.Also- do NOT eat the yogurt or milk. The fridge temp is at 40 degrees, and the temperature gauge sitting in the fridge shows it at a red/unsafe level. Wish I had looked at it before giving my child yogurt.I called corporate and they made a claim, saying to give the manager 48 hours to contact me and they never did. I’ve stayed in quality inn hotels since I was a kid, and this hotel definitely wasn’t “quality”.

The bed was nice the shower was pretty good but the mini fridge did not work so that's why I dropped it down you have to have a minute fridge that works and it did not work no need for the microwave but I had to have that many fridge to work and it did
