Ditto on what everyone else is reporting. This company is a SCAM!! I ordered one day and the next day a guy calls wanting the CVV for my credit card. He claimed they had the ballcap I ordered in stock so it would go out immediately. A month later I still don't have my hat. Their phone number goes to a voicemail box that is not set up. I sent them an email...no response. If you Google their address, it is a Dollar General. I finally disputed it and got a refund from my AMEX card. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered 2 items for $108.40 on October 1, 2023. Made follow up many times thru email, text and phone calls and PostalStuff never answer or responded.It is now February 2, 2024 and never receive my orders. My credit card was charged $108.40 under ** ********** ********* .I don’t know why PostalStuff is doing this kind of business - mistreating innocent US Postal Employees. This is not America that I know.Please help us. We paid for the item & we deserve to get what we ordered.

I’m usually trying to find the positive experience but this place I would not recommend I ordered a couple of hats and account was charged and never got them. There have been multiple emails with very little response, I got one and it was like we are not Amazon it takes time, and was told would have the products at the end of the week, that was 2 weeks ago -still nothing. I understand production time can lag but this company doesn’t care. Just be careful using them.

If I could give -5 I would. It’s a SCAM! Do NOT order from them. Placed and order May 5th and it’s now September 12. It was supposed to take 2-4 weeks. I’ve gotten nothing. They charged me $63 and will not answer the phone or emails. I’m beyond frustrated with this situation. It’s not that hard to issue a refund or shut your site down. So many reviews saying the same things. This is theft.

i just realized i never got my order from may 15,2023, ordered 3 postal shirts that still never came, no emails, no updates, and do t answer the phone, i have received orders in the past that usually take about 2 months, yes 2 months to get, idk what’s going on but this is terrible business

I ordered stuff back in June and it's September and I have heard anything!! The phone number doesn't let you leave a message and my emails go unanswered! This place is a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I'm out $64 with nothing to show for it!!

I have ordered twice from Postalstuff. The first time I ordered it took months to get my items and I had to call to find out what the status was in order for it to actually be shipped. I was a little annoyed then, but really liked their moisture wicking shirts. A few months later summer was about to hit and I decided to order a few more, knowing that I'd probably have the same experience.I did.Ordered in May and it's now basically September and still have not received my order. I called a few weeks ago and was told that it was being shipped the next week, that I'd be getting shipping confirmation via email, and I'd be receiving a free shirt because of the wait. Problem is I have gotten none of those things. I ordered shirts for the summer and summer is over. I'm not ordering from Postalstuff anymore.Tried calling their office today before posting this and got no answer. I'm a little peeved that I spent $70 and I'm not going to see anything out of it. I understand that there may be supply issues or whatever, but that needs to be communicated and that does not seem to be a strong suit of this company's.

I'd give 0 stars, if possible. It's been over three months and I still haven't received my order. Nobody answers the phone or emails. At least offer a refund.

Never recieved order. It's been over a year. Tried every way possible to contact company with no response. This is a SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Out $60 that I can't get back.

Ya, its been 6-7 weeks, they do not respond to emails. Probably out my money or I will call my CC company and dispute the charge. If I get my stuff I will change my 1 star

I give them ZERO STARS (even though you need to at least give them 1 star to make this post). My experience is this. No response after you place your order and waited 5 weeks. I understand materials and staff shortages may cause a delay but not even returning an email or not even picking up the phone when it rings is UNPROFESSIONAL. My opinion is this. DON'T DO BUSSINESS with PostalStuff,LLC . I'm glad I used a credit card instead of my debit card because I was able to dispute it and get the charge taken off. BEWARE!!!

I placed my order on April 9, 2023 and still haven’t received it. I have emailed and called them with no response. They were paid the day my order was placed. This is a terrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
