DO NOT COME HERE, this place is dog shit, truckers stop coming here, never any parking, and when I did find parking I got kicked out after driving all day and only got a hour of sleep till I was woken up by the rent a cop banging on my window.

This Pilot is one of the worse ones. Everything is dirty!!! Bathrooms are filthy. Very low parking spaces for truckers... I pulled up to get Diesel and Def and attempted to clean my windshield, somebody poured an oily substance in the bucket and it was beyond hard to clean after that. Parking lot is filthy! Omg, just a complete waste of time...

Not really much truck parking available even during the broad daylight, 7 showers but don't be shocked if you end up waiting for a hour for a fresh hot shower, they have a Wendy's restaurant inside.

This is the nastiest truck stop I have ever seen!!!! Garbage everywhere, lot lizards (hookers) roaming the parking lot, homeless people knocking on your truck windows asking for money and there is no parking for long hauling truckers because all the local truckers park their trucks there and go home at night. And the signs in the bathroom (in photo) who flushes clothing in a toilet?? Only thing good about this place was the Wendy's, it was clean, employees were nice and courteous, and food was hot and well made.

Earl at the Cash register can't take orders doesn't know your there even after standing there for five min then acts annoyed when he realizes your there. I use to be a frequent shopper, lately its been a last resort pit stop, circle k and udf from now on.

Absolutely the worst Pilot ever! Cops here are always here looking for a way to ticket your car so they can get their quota out of it. They ticketed at least 15 cars and at least 40 trucks. I was a victim too! Never again will I come here.

This is my first time here. The restrooms were clean and the store was clean. They have a pizza station which had 4-5 different pizzas with different topping. They had a special 2 slices for $5 and these are big slices!!!! There was a line for gas but that because the gas was cheap! The staff was nice and she engaged in conversation. This gas stations has a trial stop so be careful pulling in because the truck entry is first and the car entry is second! This gas station had a shower room and you can buy souvenirs. They had a Cinnabon station and omg it smelled sooooo good lol

I cannot express my hatred enough for this place. The truck parking lot is a horrible mess to get in and out of, day or night. The store is an okay size, but most of the workers are ignorant. As soon as my husband pulled up to the diesel pumps, not even getting a chance to set his brakes, some panhandler came up and knocked on his door trying to get money. Why do these people think truck drivers are rich and just have money to throw out to everyone? Avoid this place if you can; there's a Pilot less than 20 miles west of here and a Flying J about 30 miles east of here.

Everyone! All hail my greatness! I am now the Duke of the Pilot Travel Center on the west side of Columbus. Yes everyone, I am royalty in the eyes of Yelp. So now you're just dying to know how I got to be the Duke of a truck stop? Well, their gas prices are usually among the cheapest in town and with easy access from I-70, it's a cheap and easy fill-up for the gas hog. The store itself seems to be neat and clean with all the sundry things a convenience store has. The grounds are clean and well lit too. They even have a Wendy's attached to make this a more productive pit stop for you. One star each for: Typically low gas prices Convenience to the freeway Neat and clean Friendly enough staff Me being the Duke of the Pilot Travel Center - OK, no points for this one. I can't wait to put this achievement on my resume.

As far as gas stations go, this one is pretty much A-OK. Nothing special. A touch grimey. I believe it may also have showers...believe it or not. Strange, but certainly useful if you are a trucker!
