This is a horrible company. I took my time and shopped around and thought I found a good company with fast "1-2 day shipping" as advertised. I looked at reviews - my mistake was to look at reviews on their website and they were excellent reviews. 3 days later they were still no where near sending out my shipment and kept complaining they needed to fax my vet for the prescription. I had already sent them the prescription myself and my vet said they were lying about faxing anything to the vet - it took calls to supervisor and "escalation" department to get them to make a 4th promise that they will process the RX order. I am yet to see that happen and even if it does, there was no valid reason for this delay. I will never order from them again. If you decide to order from them, just beware of the delays.

I screwed up and didn't read ratings all over the web about this company. Been a week and no shipment and no reply to 3 emails. Calling CC company before this worthless company goes under.

Horrible service. Ordered prescription meds for my dog. When they didn't even ship I called back 5 times. Twice I asked for a supervisor. One was named Alan. Everybody promised to ship and nothing happened. I called back asking for the supervisors and left messages but they would never return my calls. Beware!

Think twice before ordering from PET360, if you're at all in a hurry for your pets medication I asked for my dogs medication to be expedited and was excited to see they shipped it FEDEX. But after not seeing any movement of the package after 48 hours I called FEDEX. and the automation system said that the package was with the delivery service. That made it sound like it was out for delivery. Not being a 100% satisfied w/ that response I asked to talk to a representative from FEDEX, that said the package wouldn't be delivered for more then another week. I was like WHAT!!!!. This is not the FEDEX quality service I'm familiar w/. PET360 pays for a subpar service where they give the package to FEDEX who turns it over to the USPS. I'm no longer going to be using Pet360. I should have ordered the meds through EntirelyPets.comp Update; to make matters worse FedEx ship the package to the wrong address. It's been over a week and now I have no idea when I'm gonna get my $80 worth of prescription drugs for my dog
