We in the tree service and landscaping industries are very unhappy at now being CHARGED to bring wood, brush, etc to offload. Essentially, we're paying to bring them free materials with which to manufacture their products!!

Placed an order for delivery on a Friday night for the next day. Got it by 5pm the next day as selected and the delivery was super quick and easy (shout out to Gary for being quick and efficient)! The top soil is great quality compared to other top soils I’ve purchased, definitely contains organic matter so will be great for gardening!

Great people but horrible loads, and weight to truck ratio. They loaded me up to 86,000 lb and I refused the whole load after we had disagreement about the overweight according to the redcon agreement weighted.

Worst company in Columbus. There mulch products have mold all the time. Customer service is terrible. And Ron Frost doesn’t return phone calls.

Misleading website, bait-and-switch experience. They offer products and/or pricing that you can't actually find at their store. To get those products and sale prices, they require you to order online and pay a $100+ delivery fee. Going to the store... "we don't actually have that product, but we do have these other (more expensive) products that aren't on sale." What sense does it make to offer products totaling less than $50, then require someone to pay an additional $100+ to get them? Like attempting to buy a $20 t-shirt online, putting it in your shopping cart, only to find the store wants to charge you $50 to have it shipped. I'd love to deal with a local business, but it's just easier to deal with a big box store where they're not playing games.

I ordered 7 yards of top soil and received 7 yards of trash! When I was talking to Mr. Ron Frost couldn't get a word in from him over talking over me and then he hangs up on me.I will never do business with them again

Horrible service!! Horrible delivery! Ordered construction sand and received it with top soil mixed in and dumped on top of it because the truck wasn’t cleaned out from the previous delivery. Have called Ron the manager and left messages. No return call. This is the second day of problems.

I didn't go in but the man that helped my Son was very kind he loaded his trunk while my Son went into pay for Soil,will definitely spread the word to my friends to shop there for soil for Garden and flower bed.

For Truckers: Turn right into the company and stop at the stop sign where it says “stop before proceeding”. Then go inside and check-in. After that, they might tell you that you have to get loaded at their other location. In that case, keep going inside and then make a u-turn near the big machines/excavators and exit the company.Their other location is nearby and when you get there keep going to the end of the road as they don’t have any signs or anything. There go to the office and hand them your papers and get in the line of trucks.
