I lived an North Park Place for a few years and had a fantastic experience. Noise from neighboring units was minimal. Pools were kept clean. My unit did not require any major maintenance. Office staff including Izzy and Tim were always happy to help when needed and responded to my emails in a timely manner. The location is a major plus, close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. I have always felt safe living at north park as well - very little crime in the area.
One minor inconvenience was that the grills were not always working when I would go to use them.
Overall I had a great experience at north park. I would recommend it to others and I may even move back in a few years.

This isn't a good place to live at the are rising the rent by way to much and the office people are so rude they have no respect to there customers. They do these party once a month or 2 times a mouth. When I got my house at the north park place it was so dirty. The pool water is so dirty they don't clean it everyday they clean it once a week. The gym is cool and I like getting water that's the only good thing. 1⭐ get better northpark place

I moved into Northpark Place 5 months ago and there's not really a negative comment to be had. The Champion Communities management team is here in the office 7 days/week and they're always smiling and engaged. The maintenance team is incredibly active and fully staffed. Management routinely has contractors on site maintaining the property (landscape, parking lots, etc.). If you walk in the clubhouse during the lunch hour you will usually find the team enjoying lunch together and happily chatting with one another, also greeting you with a smile and friendly conversation. It's just a good camaraderie of staff overall who care about the comfort of their tenants and the appearance of their property (which tenants notice and take their own pride in!). It's nice that Champion affords them what they need to take care of everything around us. They also do a great job of community engagement with events to bring residents together fairly often. Would only highly recommend.
Additionally, any comments about vehicle damage/theft - I've felt more than protected here. But it's worth noting that my move to Northpark Place was a unfortunately an emergency because my own vehicle was smashed into twice in less than 3 weeks at my FORMER complex. Again, I haven't witnessed issues, don't expect to, and feel plenty safe but if this is an issue then I can speak factually in saying this is not unique to anywhere in Columbus anymore, and that's unfortunate, but wanted to address it, as well, as I know there's reviews further below that have left associated comments.

My boyfriend and I have loved living here for just over a year so far! The office and maintenance staff have been accommodating and responsive since our very first visit. Our 2 bedroom 1 bath is in great condition and has been a comfortable amount of space for a great price. The complex is nice and very well taken care of with plenty of perks and amenities. Our favorites being the pools, the luxer package system, and the starbucks machine when we're out of coffee. Thank you Northpark for such a great living experience!

DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS you want people Breaking into your cars, keying your car and for the management not to do anything about it. Or only telling you to do a police report. Be aware been living here for over 10 years and with this new management has been the worst of them all. That apartment complex is not safe. You should take your money somewhere else and save you a hassle unless you want to feel unsafe walking around or even parking your car outside of your own apartment complex. Parking is horrible. Weird activities be happening in the back of the complexes on phase 1. It’s a very loud neighborhood. So if you see this, take this as a sign and don’t come here you can get something way better for your money and safer!!!

I moved to Northpark about 3 weeks ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. From the very first time we walked in to ask for information on the apartments, to our every day life here it has been a 10/10 experience. Tim was super helpful during our apartment search and application process & everyone else in the office was just absolutely wonderful during our move in day and made us feel beyond welcomed into our new home. The community, apartments, and amenities are well taken care of and we truly love living here. We requested maintenance for something super small and they were here in less than 48 hours. I’m super satisfied with everything about this beautiful place. Thank you to the Northpark team!

I am a very new resident to Northpark place in Polaris, after looking at multiple places in the area I decided Northpark was the place for me. Everyone was very kind and organized! I showed up for my tour, we toured a couple of different units and found the right fit for me. Tim and Lizzy were phenomenal and very quick to answer any and all questions and concerns.

Great Place to live
I relocated from Washingto DC to Columbus Ohio . It is still taking a while to Adjust but making it .
North Park has made me feel at home in Columbus Ohio . The gentleman name Will took care of me when I first moved in . Will was awesome ?? he made my move easy . Most of the time I deal with Izzy now . Izzy is such a sweetheart ? . I really adore her . Izzy is very kind person great customer service . The attire staff is awesome.
Definitely would recommend to others to live here . North Park is part of my Journey in Columbus Ohio . I have one more year in Columbus Ohio, will be relocating again.
North Park Staff is the best and the Hospitality is out of its world ?.

Me and my dad moved here last June-July from another Polaris apartment, and I have to say I'm impressed. The housing and apartment market in Polaris is ferocious, and it's hard to find apartments that fit our budget that are still two bedroom. NorthPark was actually the first apartment complex we looked at when we started searching, and we immediately loved this place. The woman who showed us the different apartments was very kind and transparent about what we would expect. We were told about how the complex used to be owned by a previous company and they were redoing the apartments because of previous damage, and we appreciated that honesty a lot. When it comes to the apartments, they are well taken care of and a nice size. The bathrooms are wonderful and the rooms are nicely sized as well. The appliances are all new and up to date, and you have the option between a few different layouts for your apartment depending on where you want to be in the complex. When we have any maintenence issues ( rarely ) maintenence responds asap and fixes the problem very quickly as well. All in all we enjoy living here and also feel very safe and at peace. Expect normal apartment things such as hearing your neighbors footsteps or a kiddo outside, but it's peaceful here.

It has been such an amazing Year living At North park. First let's start with the Office hospitality. They are very welcoming and so amazing. They are completely understanding. There's always A Activity going on for the whole complex that we receive emails of for both children & adults!Abbey , Ariel, Tim and Everybody else in that office Is very helpful with any question I have and always quick to help resolve any concerns with a solution.Ive felt safe the whole stay. I am never worried about my surroundings. my complex is very quiet and all of my neighbors are super nice and welcoming.Maintenance is such a relief and such a help. they do such an amazing job keeping our complex looking amazing! Any issues I've had with anything regarding my Apartment (which is Rare)they fix very quickly with No issues.Overall I would rate my stay a 10/10 and would recommend others to join our friendly neighborhood!!!
