Worst dealership you can find, I recommended Los amigos auto sales they have nice clean cars that are reliable I came here looking for a nice car only to be treated rude and unprofessional they just want your money it feels like a scam. Before you do buy a car from here make sure to make sure to look at everything the car has wrong with it because they don’t give guarantees or refunds . I got a 2014 challenger from there location in the east side which they claim it is a different dealership and owner even though the owner told me he owned both lots. The car I got overheated and started boiling after 30min of driving home if that and then my brother got in the car and we notice that the passenger seat doesn’t lock and we look further and find that the headlight is tied on with a shoe lace and a dirty shirt as a mount.They told me I could swap the car for a different one but after looking at the cars more carefully they where worst then the one I chose so I finally decided to take a loss and just buy the cheapest car they had on the lot. ANYWHERE BUT HERE TRUST ME.

Do not trust the listings they have prices listed as a final sale price that isn't the case. They claim. The ad is a down payment. This company wants you to finance a vehicle for high interest rates so you laps in payment and they can report it they don't want a paid in full vehicle they will loose money. So don't trust the listed price anywhere

I found a truck on FB I liked at a good price $6500... Double checked the website and it said that's their retail price. Went and it had tons of cosmetic damage, no big deal, until I asked the guy and he said, oh, no that's $14k. The $6500 is the down payment (a scam they use online to get people in) and I pointed out that their site said it was $6500 retail, not down payment. They were super rude, and just trying to take advantage of people.

I can guarantee that all the five-star reviews are fake. This is a very grimy company. There isn't a single good car on this lot; they all have something wrong with them. They'll make sure you know that any issues with the car are your responsibility after you sign. They sell cars with busted windows, check engine lights on, and dents. Then, they'll ask for at least a $3,500 down payment. Initially, it's $2,500, possibly more, and then they'll ask for another $1,000, which goes towards the down payment, not your actual note. They refused to give me paperwork or receipts and lied about helping me get paperwork. I'm doing my due diligence and will make sure this company is reported. They are very rude. Please don't make the same mistake I did; you'll get played. If you do continue with this company because it's easy, keep your paperwork, get the car checked before driving off, and be aware. I was paying $500 a month for an old car with transmission, engine, and electrical issues. The car couldn't even roll all the windows down. Never again, and I promise this isn't the last time you'll hear from me.

No parking. Car that i went to look at was already sold(they never updated their inventory). The biggest thing that got on my nerves was the guy that was gonna help us decided a personal phone call about his own missed payments was more important

Horrible customer service they sold me an overpriced 2012 Tahoe at 18k car wouldn’t start at first it has a cracked windshield car has 4 bad rotors HAS fuel leak car was not detailed and there was glass everywhere in the car the sway bar was not connected they car stunk so bad car came with no gas and the they would not negotiate very rude and disrespectful they just want your money and are truly a scam they tell you there is only 1 problem with the car but that’s not true car still need thousands of dollars of work DO NOT GO HERE they are very shady they are the worst experience I have ever had with a car lot

Rude rude rude, junk cars, over priced I sen a, online they said 1500 but reverse is out. But run good went there I ask about it what u talking about no it's 1500 down. Very unfriendly people.

My daughter put down 1700 on a 2003 Honda Accord ..250$ every two weeks...mind you they didn't tell say what the payments would be until after they had taken the down paynent and she signed all the paperwork...she had been put in the hospital for a couple weeks and had lost her job..but she did keep in contact with them ...they said they would work with her...two days after she went back to work they came and got it then said she had to pay 1500 to get back....so basically she is out all that money and now has no car....will never deal with these people again!!!!!

Salesman Chris is awesome he helped me so much with the car I just got . You just need your money Id and a proof of address & you’re on your way just make sure you pay your payments & your fine. They have all types of cars in different price ranges

The service I received from National Auto Sales was amazing Chris and roger at the west broad st location provided me with the best customer service I've had ever had with buying a car he was very knowledgeable with his inventory he also actively listen to what I wanted instead of what he wanted to sell he was also very patient with me I was not sure of what I wanted Also he did this in a timely manner less then 45 min

DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE. Bought car drove home, car broke down within 30 minutes, they tow it back, said they fix it. A day after I get car back, it's having same issue. Towed again, said they fixed it charged me to fix it. The very next day same issue. They are liars and scammers. Don't be fooled, keep riding bus or uber. Don't give these bums ur money
