We had an excellent experience shopping for furniture at Morris Furniture in Columbus/Polaris, thanks to Daniel L. We spent over 2 hours exploring options for our home, and Daniel was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. He gave us the space to browse on our own while also being readily available for any questions we had. His knowledge and helpfulness were instrumental in our decision to make a purchase at this store. We highly recommend Daniel for his outstanding customer service!

My first experience with Morris and it was a very good one. I walked in looking for a recliner after looking at several other stores but nothing to my liking. My sales person was Annie and she was terrific! Annie took the time to ask me what I was looking for i.e. brand, color style fabric etc. then take me around to the different recliners. Everyone at Morris was kind and friendly but felt no pressure to purchase but to let me think on my decision. I went back later that day with my husband and purchased my recliner. I got the recliner I wanted that was in my budget. Plenty of financing offers.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
While their sales team may initially impress you, Morris Furniture's products are absolutely abysmal. The quality is shockingly poor, and their after-sales service is even worse—think nightmarish warranty processes, abysmal repair services, and non-existent customer support. My sectional started ripping and fraying within just two months of purchase, revealing the appalling craftsmanship.
But the nightmare didn’t end there. Every other item I bought from Morris has had some issue or another. For instance, the fire table I purchased arrived damaged. Their solution? They forced me to return it to the store and then gave me a measly 21 days to use the credit, effectively pressuring me into buying more of their subpar products. This is nothing short of a scam.
Dealing with Morris Furniture has been a continuous source of stress and frustration. Save yourself the headache and avoid Morris Furniture at all costs. Their products and service are simply not worth the hassle. I will never buy from them again and strongly advise you to steer clear as well.
I have been in touch with the customer service team since Oct 2023 and after a lot of back and forth and no resolution to the issues, sharing my experience with others

The store sales person was very friendly and kind to me and my children. A lower prices was negotiated for the pieces of furniture on sale. I am giving them 4 stars instead of five for two reasons. First, the checkout process seemed to take very long; perhaps 30-45 minutes after we landed on a purchase price. Second, the store forgot to submit some paperwork which resulted in the my original delivery date being canceled.

I was very impressed with the quality, selection and price at Morris & Ashley Furniture. Anne was great explaining things but not pushing. The con however is not bringing able to contacts customer service and talk to someone. Having to go online to fill out a form and attach a picture is not my idea of customer service. I contact Anne and I explained I should not have to do that. She contacted customer service and called me back. I was contacted within 24 hours for a tech to come and look at the stitching on the chair and couch is loose. My experience was great and the delivery guys were here on time and did a great job.

Nisha was very helpful with picking out our new sectional! She was very friendly and personable and I was greeted with a smile immediately when walking into the store! She even was able to help me select accent pillow fabrics. Additionally she was very thorough with explaining the whole process and financing options. She double and triple checked that the fabrics and orientation of the sofa was how we wanted it. Very happy with the process overall!

My delivery was very smooth. I got updates on my half hour delivery window. I could follow along on how many stops they had before mine. The team was very friendly and took care of carrying the furniture into the house. They set it up where I asked. It was a good and smooth process.

MHF had alot of styles to pick from. It took me 2 visits to finally make up my mind . I got a recliner,love seat and couch delivered. Absolutely love it.
