Reynoldsburg, OH location (F24544). I ordered item #4 from the menu on the wall behind the counter. It showed orange juice, potato and sausage/egg biscuit. Order item #4 and that is not what you get. The menu is deceptive and that is wrong. Shame on McDonalds!

I went to the McDonalds on 1540 E150th Street Cleveland Oh ordered 2 iced coffees and they took payment and forgot that we ordered these Items. The young man Miles and the Shift Manager who refused to give me her name needs more lessons on dispute resolution.
