The clothes and store are awesome the sales ladies seem a little stuffy and have a “I am better than you attitude.” I have encountered this the two times I have been in to buy new clothing. I had a family member with me on my most recent visit and she felt the same way.

I was there with my sisters and mother. She inquired if an item was on sale since it is Labor Day Weekend. The sales member said no and turned to roll her eyes. My niece witnessed this unfold and unfortunately I did not find out about this until after we had left. Suffice it to say I will never shop there!

The sales associates were super helpful when I was trying to find proper sizing for jeans. I've never tried Madewell before, but their great service and products have definitely encouraged me to return!
