Was referred from out of state to get a used car I was buying looked at. They took me for their test drive so I got to make sure everything ran smoothly, and ran me under the car with their technician while they checked it out. Anything that had been fixed as the title was rebuilt was pointed out to me. Everything looked great and the car has been running great for me since. Appreciate them a ton.

We use Luke's to take care of our fleet! They are kind, courteous, professional, and ALWAYS helpful! I use them in my personal life as well! Love the staff, prices, and ease of getting my cars in and out! I would highly recommend Luke's Auto to EVERYONE!

This shop is great. They got me a loaner and had my car done very quickly. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Made car repairs which are usually very stressful a much more bearable experience.
Second trip was as great as the first. They got me up and fixed quickly. Great and honest work at a fair price. Only place I will take my car.
Edit: I left with my car today. This shop is still the best I've ever dealt with. Honest work at an honest price. Cars running great. Their communication and online access make it insanely easy. Been going here for years and still recommend them 10/10.

Truly blessed to finally find an auto shop I can trust! If all auto repair places operated like Luke’s, auto repair places wouldn’t have the bad reputation that they generally do. Luke’s gets it. They do things the right way.
I’d been having issues with my SUV for more than a month. A rodent chewed through some wiring, and it wreaked complete havoc. Unfortunately for me, Luke’s was the FOURTH place I had taken it to try to get it fixed. I now have no doubt that if I had brought it here first, it would have been my only stop.
I have nothing but great things to say about Luke’s. From my first phone call, my experience was nothing but positive. James took the time to listen to my entire saga without talking over me or making me feel like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. As a woman, I have frequently felt dismissed by “car guys.” That wasn’t the case at all here. He listened and seemed to genuinely want to understand what was going on, from my perspective.
Once I got my vehicle there, my service advisor, Ashley, was incredible. She kept in touch with me from the very start and let me know what was going on each step of the way. She was prompt, friendly and kind, answered all of my questions right away, and didn’t try to sell me on services or parts that I didn’t need - the exact opposite of my experiences at other places. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible.
My repair wasn’t cheap, but I feel confident that it was *finally* done correctly. I could have saved myself a lot of money, and headaches, if I had just come to Luke’s first. Thank you, James, Ashley, and everyone else at Luke’s! You’ve got a customer for life.

Extremely impressed with the customer service with Lukes they kept me very well updated with what was going on with my car. Christian was very nice and professional with me. Good, reliable, and honest shop which is something very hard to find nowadays. I will be back from now on to get all of my regular car maintenance done here. Free Uber back home and a free loaner car are something you don't see every day in this economy. If I could give this place 100 stars I would.

8/27/24 Here for a synthetic oil blend change only $29.95. I had to schedule for this, they did get me in promptly. I left a voicemail at 4:30pm on Friday 8/23/24 never heard back from anyone. I called 1st thing yesterday morning. I spoke to James to schedule for 10:30am today. He said the wait is 45mins. When I got here Kelly said the wait is abt an hour. I've been coming to Luke's Auto since 7/2019. In the past all the work they've done has been very good! I certainly hope that the same applies today?
9/8/22... Back today to pick up my car. We went to Hocking Hills and my car died. We replaced the battery and it still wouldn't start. I've been a AAA Plus member for 22yrs thankfully! Driver for the tow was awesome made room for both of us to ride back to cols and get my car to Luke's. I needed a new starter, cleaned up the throttle body and a oil change! Great, honest, polite and professional staff and service with Luke's!!! Thanks Aaron I appreciate your communication with us regarding the issues with my car ?
1/6/22.... Back yesterday to see why my car was getting loud? I left my car at 10am it was completely ready to pick up by 5pm. They have the best repair service tech's and customer service reps they're honestly the best of the best!! Free loaner vehicles are such a awesome benefit of their services. Thank you Dennis for your help, once again I'm more than satisfied ? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Great automotive repair shop very polite, honest and informative. Jay was straight up with me re: a wheel and tire replacement he was professional and advised me as what to do while driving on my spare tire. Thank you Luke's for having up standing and friendly personal staff. I'll certainly do business with you again and recommend you to everyone!!
7/8/19... Back to Luke's today with my husband's vehicle, you can't get better service anywhere else. They are top notch people Lucas was extremely helpful, polite, and always VERY professional ? if I could give them 10 stars I certainly would ?????????? I highly recommend!!!! Had to go to Luke's for my drivers side window on 10/ 10/19 as always great service!

I’ve been going to Luke’s auto for the past 5 or so years for various issues on my older Subaru Outback. They’ve been thorough and fair for each fix and I really appreciate the clear documented reports they send out. They’ve warrantied their work on multiple occasions - including free brake fix a few months after full redo and follow-up checks on a oil leak. I would certainly recommend them to a friend!

I took my car to three different service centers, none of them solved my issue. These people actually fixed my car within the same business day! Luke's Auto is now my preferred service center. They also provide prompt shuttle service via Uber.

Luke's Automotive is the best. I will never go anywhere else. In December we heard an annoying, squealing noise when running the AC (gotta love those warm Ohio winter days) in our CRV. Initially I took it to Firestone due to proximity to Canal Winchester. Firestone said to replace the AC compressor. I remembered Luke's replaced it a few years prior. Luke's has a 50,000 mile / 5 year warranty on certain services. The AC compressor did not need replaced, just the serpentine belt. By getting a second opinion, Luke's Auto saved me $1500+ (Firestone quote) and the belt was covered under warranty. Luke's Automotive has a team of knowledgeable professionals with integrity. They are so easy to work with. If you are waiting while your car is being serviced they have free snacks, beverages and WIFI. If you can't wait or your service will take a while they also have free loaner cars. One last thing, their technicians fully review your vehicle and send a link via text where you can approve or decline services all with a click of a button. Big shout out to the service advisors I've worked with: Ashley, Aaron, Brad and so many others. Do yourself a favor and go to Luke's. ?

These guys are great. You can tell they aren’t out to get you for a quick buck and they are extremely professional. They went above and beyond to make sure they provided a quick turnaround that was needed for my vehicle. Highly recommend this place. Shoutout to Jameson for all of his help.
