YAY for Wes who went more than above and beyond to help me in a mini that could have turned into a major floor crisis. June 2022 I installed over 1000 Sq ft of Coretec LVT Amalfi Beige as continous flooring in my entire downstairs, as well as 15 46" stair tread and 2nd floor landing. Fast forward to May 2024, my washing machine overflowed into the laundry room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Being it's a floating floor the demo company damaged the lifted floor to dry it out and prevent mold from setting in. I have 4.5 new boxes left however I'm literally 1 box short. The flooring has since been discontinued. That's when Wes came in to save the day. He literally remembered they had 1 box of Coretec Amalfi Grey, at the warehouse, sitting on a donation pallet. While the colour is different, it is the same line and pattern. I can install/interlock the grey in unseen areas under the appliances to save/use the main colour in the exposed areas. My other option was to remove all the 2yo flooring which we all know besides being expensive, snowballs into having to change other accents in the home that I installed to match this floor. I had called at least 30 other dealers who was quick to be dismissive that my product was discontinued and reluctant to spend the extra 30 seconds to see if maybe they had just a few boxes left. Finally after the box was shipped, Wes, was kind enough to call and leave messages tracking where the box was in transit. Oh, and he gave me a considerable discount on the product.Thank you, Wes, for genuinely caring and understanding how important it was to me to preserve my flooring with a simple hidden work around. We have been dealing with Levi's4Floors for over 30 years.They have carpeted 2 of our houses as well as the condo we live in now. They did the carpeting, wood floors and tile in our main house when we built it in 1995. They did a beautiful job with carpet inlays in the stairway and upstairs hall, as well as in our pool room. The flooring was absolutely perfect. They also did Pergo flooring and carpeting when we finished the basement a few years later. When our sump pump died, we had to redo the basement flooring. Once again they came through. They redid several rooms in the main house over the years as we changed our style. They installed carpeting and LVT flooring in our rental property when we put it up for sale earlier this year. Once again a perfect job. Finally they just carpeted the condo with a very nice Karastan carpet. The job required a lot of heavy furniture to be moved in a small condo. I was amazed at how the installers maneuvered the furniture to lay the carpet. I would never use any other company. The Levi's are a wonderful family operation. Tom, Chris and their children are wonderful people and they run a first class operation!

Levi's4Floors is the best. They did the entire house as we are preparing to sell it. The vinyl installers were at the house 2 days after I gave the go ahead, and the carpet installers the following day. The vinyl and the carpet are all perfect. I have used 4Floors several times in the past 29 years at two of my houses. Every experience has been first rate. They are a trusted provider. I can't find any reason to shop anywhere else. They will be carpeting our condo later this year.

Finding carpeting for our space, then getting an estimate and installation completed was all really easy with Wes Kelsey. He was always in contact, answered any questions we had, and followed up shortly after our installation. The installation team were courteous and professional as well. We were very happy with the entire experience.

First of all, I would like to say that Mike was fantastic. So we had the whole first floor of our house completed with laminate. The crew who came out were very professional, and did a great job for the most part, but had some new details that were problematic. One of them wa stray they pulled up two tiles when removing the previous transition strip. Not only was it not repaired, it wasn’t even mentioned. Coming out of one of the closets, they left a gap under the trim. When they reinstalled the dishwasher, it was so loose that it fell forward when it was opened. All of the trim was to be reused. They knew that and were asked not to cut any of it. They cut one are and never mentioned it. I got an apology from Mike yesterday when I showed him the photos. I wasn’t asking for anything as I had already fixed everything. It was just frustrating.

Negative impression of the company due to the installation of carpet. Two trips to take measurements equaled a cancelled installation because the carpet wasn’t big enough. My wife took the day off (unpaid) to meet their 4 hour window for installation. Our house was a mess from clearing everything out of the room, and had to live that way for an additional 11 days until we could finally get it installed.

We love the carpet that we picked out. It is a higher end Karastan loop carpet (Captivating Charisma). We had Levi's install it in our family room and down the steps. The living room turned out great. The steps not so much. We asked them to "hollywood" the stairs with "upholstered" the riser edges. I heard them say they cut the carpet a bit short, so after they tucked the carpet so the unfinished carpet edge wouldn't show, about 1" of the rough stair framing behind the carpet now shows on the left edge. I guess I'll try to paint the wood so it's less obvious.
